The present invention relates to a mold frame for manufacturing a retaining wall block and a manufacturing method of a retaining wall block. The mold frame for manufacturing a retaining wall block comprises: a base panel located on the ground and having a rectangular shape; a mold installed on an upper part of the base panel to form a pattern on a front surface of a retaining wall block; an upper molded panel and a lower molded panel installed to be rotated on one side of the base panel so as to form a side surface of the retaining wall block; and a first side surface molding panel and a second side surface molding panel installed to be rotated on one side of the base panel so as to form the side surface of the retaining wall block. The mold is easily exchanged for molding the pattern on the front surface of the retaining wall block such that the patterns having various shapes can be manufactured in one form. In addition, the front molding panel, the back molding panel, the first side surface molding panel, and the second side surface molding panel can be rotatable with hinges on the left and right sides of the base plate such that the retaining wall block is conveniently molded and the molded retaining wall block is easily removed.
본 발명은 옹벽블럭 제조용 성형틀 및 옹벽블럭 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 지면에 위치되며 직사각형 형상으로 이루어지는 베이스패널과; 옹벽블럭의 전면에 무늬를 형성할 수 있도록 베이스패널의 상부에 설치되는 몰드와; 베이스패널의 일측에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 옹벽블럭의 측면을 형성하는 상부성형패널과 하부성형패널과; 베이스패널의 일측에 회전 가능하게 설치되어 옹벽블럭의 측면을 형성하는 제1측면성형패널과 제2측면성형패널;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 옹벽블럭의 전면에 무늬를 성형하기 위한 몰드의 교환이 용이하기 때문에 하나의 형태에서 다양한 형상을 갖는 무늬를 제조할 수 있고, 베이스판의 전후 좌우에 힌지를 측으로 전면성형패널, 후면성형패널, 제1측면성형패널 및 제2측면성형패널의 회전 가능하게 이루어져 옹벽블럭의 성형이 편리한 것은 물론 성형이 완료된 옹벽블럭의 탈형이 용이한 효과가 있다.
