MOUNTING APPARATUS FOR FINISHING PANEL
The present invention relates to a fixing device for a finishing material for construction and, more specifically, to a fixing device for a finishing material for construction, capable of shortening working time through the simplification of construction work for construction finishing materials constructed on inner and outer walls of a building as well as reducing costs for materials and manpower by enabling a fixing clip to be easily and conveniently coupled with a connection frame without the need for a tool or component. To achieve the technical objective, in regard to the fixing device for a finishing material for construction in which a connection frame is coupled with the front end of a fixed bracket fixed to a wall through an anchor bolt, and a fixing clip for fixing a construction finishing material is detachably combined with a coupling hole formed in the connection frame, the fixing clip includes: a body part placed vertically; a coupling part provided on the rear side of the body part, having a hook bent downward to be inserted into the coupling hole of the connection frame to be fitted, and having a fitting groove formed inside the hook to insert the lower surface of the coupling hole thereinto; a pressing part provided in an upper part of the coupling part and pressing the front side of the connection frame when coupling the fastening part to the coupling hole; an extension part extended horizontally to the front side of the body part; and a panel fixing part provided vertically at an end of the extension part, having a fitting protrusion formed in an upper part to be inserted and fixed in a protrusion insertion groove formed at a lower end of a finishing material, and having a close-contact protrusion formed in a lower part to come in surface contact with an upper end of the finishing material.
본 발명은 건축용 마감재 고정장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 건축물의 내/외벽에 시공되는 건축용 마감재의 시공작업을 단순화하여 작업시간을 단축시킴은 물론 고정클립을 연결프레임에 공구나 부속품이 필요없이 쉽고 간편하게 체결할 수 있도록 하여 인건비와 자재비를 절감할 수 있는 건축용 마감재 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 상기 기술적 과제를 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 벽면에 앵커볼트로 고정된 고정브라켓의 선단에 연결프레임이 체결되고, 상기 연결프레임에 형성된 체결홀에 건축용 마감재을 고정하는 고정클립이 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 건축용 마감재 고정장치에 있어서, 상기 고정클립은 수직으로 배치되는 몸통부; 상기 몸통부의 후면에 구비되며, 연결프레임의 체결홀 내에 삽입되어 끼움 체결될 수 있도록 하향으로 절곡된 걸고리부가 형성되고, 상기 걸고리부의 내측에는 체결홀의 하부면이 삽입되는 끼움홈이 형성되는 체결부; 상기 체결부의 상부 구비되어 체결홀에 체결부를 체결시 연결프레임의 전면을 가압하는 가압부; 상기 몸통부의 전면에 수평으로 연장되는 연장부; 및 상기 연장부의 끝단부에 수직으로 구비되며, 상부에는 건축용 마감재의 하단부에 형성된 돌부삽입홈에 삽입 고정되는 끼움돌부 형성되고, 하부에는 건축용 마감재의 상단부가 면 밀착되는 밀착돌부가 형성된 패널고정부;를 포함하는 건축용 마감재 고정장치를 제공한다.
