POT TYPE APPARATUS FOR RESTRICTING CROSS DIRECTIONAL MOVEMENT OF BRIDGE UPPER PART
The present invention relates to a transverse displacement confinement device for a port-type bridge superstructure for seismic performance reinforcement of a bridge. In accordance with the present invention, the transverse displacement confinement device includes: a lower support base member provided with a support hole having a set depth therein; a hole coating film provided on the inner surface of the support hole of the lower support base member; a sliding member inserted into the support hole of the lower support base member to be rotatable, and having a linear guide groove provided in an upper part thereof; a member coating film provided on the outer surface of a lower part of the sliding member; an upper support base member covering the support hole of the lower support base member, and having a linear guide protrusion provided in a lower part thereof to be inserted into the linear guide groove of the sliding member; a groove coating film provided on an inner wall of the linear guide groove of the sliding member; and a protrusion coating film provided on the outer surface of the linear guide protrusion. In accordance with the present invention, the transverse displacement confinement device is capable of preventing a bridge from falling by absorbing an expansion/contraction deformation caused by the temperature of a bridge superstructure while confining the displacement of the bridge superstructure in a transverse direction of the bridge when an earthquake occurs.
본 발명은 교량 내진성능보강을 위한 포트형 교량상부구조 횡방향 변위구속장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 내부에 설정된 깊이를 갖는 지지홀이 구비된 하부지지베이스부재; 상기 하부지지베이스부재의 지지홀 내면에 구비된 홀코팅막; 상기 하부지지베이스부재의 지지홀에 회전 가능하게 삽입되며, 상부에 직선가이드홈이 구비된 슬라이딩부재; 상기 슬라이딩부재의 하부 외면에 구비된 부재코팅막; 상기 하부지지베이스부재의 지지홀을 복개하며, 하부에 상기 슬라이딩부재의 직선가이드홈에 삽입되는 직선가이드돌기가 구비되는 상부지지베이스부재; 상기 슬라이딩부재의 직선가이드홈 내벽에 구비된 홈코팅막; 및 상기 직선가이드돌기의 외면에 구비된 돌기코탕막을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 교량 상부구조의 온도에 의한 신축변형을 흡수하면서 지진 발생시 교량의 횡방향으로 교량 상부구조의 변위를 구속하여 낙교를 방지한다.

The present invention relates to a transverse displacement confinement device for a port-type bridge superstructure for seismic performance reinforcement of a bridge.
