Vacuum suction type sequential operation food waste discharge system in apartment houses
The present invention relates to a vacuum suction sequential food waste discharge system for an apartment building composed of multiple households forming a row and a column. In accordance with the present invention, the vacuum suction sequential food waste discharge system includes: an input gate opened and closed to allow food waste to be inputted; a temporary storage unit in which food waste inputted through the input gate is placed; a discharge pipe passing through a plurality of households forming a vertical row, and discharging the food waste to a lower part; a shutter provided between the first opening/closing part and the discharge pipe, and opened such that the food waste stored in the temporary storage part can be moved to the discharge pipe, or closed such that the temporary storage part can be sealed; an intermediate collection tank provided in a lower part of the discharge pipe to collect the food waste discharged through the discharge pipe; a negative pressure forming unit provided in the intermediate collecting tank to maintain the discharge pipe in a negative pressure state; and a tank lorry in which the food waste stored in a plurality of intermediate collection tanks is collected. In accordance with the present invention, the system quickly discharges food waste while maintaining a negative pressure environment in food discharge pipes connected to multiple households, thereby preventing odors caused by the decomposition of food from flowing back to each household, and minimizing the accumulation of residual food debris in the pipes.
열과 행을 이루는 복수의 세대들로 구성되는 공동주택의 음식물 쓰레기 배출 시스템에 있어서, 본 발명에 따른 공동주택의 음식물쓰레기 배출 시스템은, 음식물 쓰레기를 투입가능하도록 개폐되는 투입게이트; 상기 투입게이트를 통하여 투입되는 음식물 쓰레기가 안착되는 임시 수용부; 수직방향의 열을 이루는 복수의 세대들을 경유하고, 음식물 쓰레기를 하부로 배출하는 배출관; 상기 제1 개폐부와 상기 배출관 사이에 구비되고, 상기 임시 수용부에 수용된 음식물이 상기 배출관으로 이동가능하도록 개방되거나 상기 임시 수용부를 밀폐 시키도록 폐쇄되는 셔터; 상기 배출관의 하부에 구비되어 상기 배출관을 통하여 배출되는 음식물 쓰레기가 집하되는 중간 집하조; 상기 중간 집하조에 구비되어 상기 배출관을 음압상태로 유지시키는 음압형성부; 및 복수의 상기 중간 집하조에 저장된 음식물 쓰레기가 집하되는 탱크로리;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 공동주택용 음식물 배출 시스템은 복수의 세대에 연결되는 음식물 배출 배관에 음압 환경을 유지하면서 음식물을 신속히 배출되도록 함으로써, 각 세대로 음식물의 부패에 따른 악취가 역류하는 것을 방지하고 음식물의 잔여찌꺼기가 배관 내에 누적되는 것을 최소화할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a vacuum suction sequential food waste discharge system for an apartment building composed of multiple households forming a row and a column. In accordance with the present invention, the vacuum suction sequential food waste discharge system includes: an input gate opened and closed to allow food waste to be inputted; a temporary storage unit in which food waste inputted through the input gate is placed; a discharge pipe passing through a plurality of households forming a vertical row, and discharging the food waste to a lower part; a shutter provided between the first opening/closing part and the discharge pipe, and opened such that the food waste stored in the temporary storage part can be moved to the discharge pipe, or closed such that the temporary storage part can be sealed; an intermediate collection tank provided in a lower part of the discharge pipe to collect the food waste discharged through the discharge pipe; a negative pressure forming unit provided in the intermediate collecting tank to maintain the discharge pipe in a negative pressure state; and a tank lorry in which the food waste stored in a plurality of intermediate collection tanks is collected. In accordance with the present invention, the system quickly discharges food waste while maintaining a negative pressure environment in food discharge pipes connected to multiple households, thereby preventing odors caused by the decomposition of food from flowing back to each household, and minimizing the accumulation of residual food debris in the pipes.
열과 행을 이루는 복수의 세대들로 구성되는 공동주택의 음식물 쓰레기 배출 시스템에 있어서, 본 발명에 따른 공동주택의 음식물쓰레기 배출 시스템은, 음식물 쓰레기를 투입가능하도록 개폐되는 투입게이트; 상기 투입게이트를 통하여 투입되는 음식물 쓰레기가 안착되는 임시 수용부; 수직방향의 열을 이루는 복수의 세대들을 경유하고, 음식물 쓰레기를 하부로 배출하는 배출관; 상기 제1 개폐부와 상기 배출관 사이에 구비되고, 상기 임시 수용부에 수용된 음식물이 상기 배출관으로 이동가능하도록 개방되거나 상기 임시 수용부를 밀폐 시키도록 폐쇄되는 셔터; 상기 배출관의 하부에 구비되어 상기 배출관을 통하여 배출되는 음식물 쓰레기가 집하되는 중간 집하조; 상기 중간 집하조에 구비되어 상기 배출관을 음압상태로 유지시키는 음압형성부; 및 복수의 상기 중간 집하조에 저장된 음식물 쓰레기가 집하되는 탱크로리;를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 공동주택용 음식물 배출 시스템은 복수의 세대에 연결되는 음식물 배출 배관에 음압 환경을 유지하면서 음식물을 신속히 배출되도록 함으로써, 각 세대로 음식물의 부패에 따른 악취가 역류하는 것을 방지하고 음식물의 잔여찌꺼기가 배관 내에 누적되는 것을 최소화할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
