Retaining wall construction methods using precast concrete pile
The present invention relates to a method for constructing a retaining wall using a precast concrete pile for retaining wall construction. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: (A) excavating the ground where a retaining wall is to be constructed; (B) installing a precast concrete pile for retaining wall construction on the excavated ground; and (C) excavating a space where a structure is to be located after installing the precast concrete pile for retaining wall construction. The precast concrete pile is provided with a joint means on both side surfaces, the joint means is formed to extend vertically from both side surfaces of the precast concrete pile and has an end bent in a hook form, and the end is coated with an expandable water-stop agent. According to the present invention, by completely blocking water even when a water blocking process is not separately performed, a process can be simplified, a construction period and construction costs can be reduced, and straight construction can be facilitated. In addition, a stud bolt can be fastened to the joint means, so that the integrity of the precast concrete pile and an adjacent structure (e.g. temporary facility and the like during construction of an underground wall) can be easily secured.
본 발명은 흙막이 벽체 시공용 프리캐스트 콘크리트 파일을 이용한 흙막이 벽체 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, (A) 흙막이 벽체를 시공하고자 하는 지반을 굴착하는 단계; (B) 흙막이 벽체 시공용 프리캐스트 콘크리트 파일을 상기 굴착된 지반에 설치하는 단계; (C) 흙막이 벽체 시공용 프리캐스트 콘크리트 파일을 설치한 후, 구조물이 위치될 공간을 터파기하는 단계;를 포함하며, 상기 프리캐스트 콘크리트 파일은 양측면에 이음수단이 구비되고, 상기 이음수단은 프리캐스트 콘크리트 파일의 양측면에서 수직으로 연장 형성하되, 끝단이 후크(hook) 형태로 절곡 형성되고, 끝단에 팽창형 지수제가 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 별도의 차수 공정을 수행하지 않아도 완벽한 차수가 이루어지며, 이로 인해 공정을 단순화시키고 공기를 단축시킬 뿐만 아니라 공사비를 절감할 수 있도록 하며, 또한 일직선 시공이 용이하게 되고, 아울러, 상기 이음수단에 스터드 볼트를 체결할 수 있도록 함으로써, 프리캐스트 콘크리트 파일과 인접 구조물(예를 들면, 지하벽체 시공 시, 가시설 등)의 일체성을 용이하게 확보할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a method for constructing a retaining wall using a precast concrete pile for retaining wall construction.
