The present invention relates to a bending device for a steel house panel, which comprises: a turntable member composed of a fixed table unit installed at a base frame, and a rotating table unit which is rotationally installed at the fixed table unit; a panel support member which is rotationally installed by means of the turntable member, and is installed at the upper surface of the turntable member to stably install the lower bending member; a lower bending member which has a lifting cylinder installed to be liftable at one side of the panel support member to bend a panel placed on the panel support member; and an upper bending member which is installed to be liftable at the upper side of the panel support member such that the panel placed on the panel support member may be stably mounted. Therefore, the lower bending member and the upper bending member may be rotated by the turntable member, such that the panel may be bent at an oblique angle of a desired angle, and a bending frame of a bending member may be conveniently replaced.
스틸하우스 패널용 벤딩장치에 관한 것으로, 베이스프레임에 설치되는 고정테이블유닛과, 상기 고정테이블유닛에 회전 가능하게 설치되는 회전테이블유닛으로 이루어지는 턴테이블부재; 상기 턴테이블부재에 의해 회전 가능하게 설치되고, 하부벤딩부재를 안정되게 설치하도록 상기 상기 턴테이블부재 상면에 설치되는 패널받침부재; 상기 패널받침부재에 놓여진 패널을 벤딩할 수 있도록 상기 패널받침부재의 일측에 승강 가능하게 승강실린더가 설치된 하부벤딩부재; 상기 패널받침부재에 놓여진 패널을 안정되게 안착시킬 수 있도록 상기 패널받침부재의 상측에 승강 가능하게 설치되는 상부벤딩부재;를 마련하여 하부벤딩부재와 상부벤딩부재를 턴테이블부재에 의해 회전시킬 수 있고, 이로 인해 패널을 원하는 각도의 빗각으로 패널을 벤딩할 수 있으며, 벤딩부재의 벤딩프레임을 간편하게 교체할 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
