Sandwich panel fire suppression spear and sandwich panel fire suppression facilities including the same
Disclosed are a sandwich panel fire extinguishing spear used for extinguishing fire in a core material layer inside a sandwich panel and sandwich panel fire extinguishing facilities including the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the sandwich panel fire extinguishing spear includes: a head unit configured to pierce a surface finish plate and penetrate the inside of the sandwich panel to spray extinguishing fluids to the core material layer; and a pipe-type stick unit coupled with the head unit and formed with a movement path for extinguishing fluids therein. The head unit comprises: a sharp-end penetration tip to pierce the surface finish plate and penetrate the inside of the sandwich panel in case of a fire; and a pipe-type tip body formed to be integrated with or separated from the sharp-end penetration tip and provided with a plurality of extinguishing fluids spraying holes connected with an inner hollow unit on the perimeter of the surface.
샌드위치패널 내부의 심재층에서 진행되는 불길을 진압하는데 사용되는 샌드위치패널 화재 진압용 스피어 및 이를 포함하는 샌드위치패널 화재 진압 설비가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 샌드위치패널 화재 진압용 스피어는, 표면 마감판을 뚫고 샌드위치패널의 내부로 침투하여 심재층에 소화액을 분사할 수 있도록 구성된 헤드부 및 헤드부와 결합하며 내부에 소화액 이동통로가 형성된 관형 스틱부를 포함하며, 헤드부는 화재 시 상기 표면 마감판을 뚫고 샌드위치패널 내부로 침투하는 끝이 뾰족한 첨단 침투팁과, 첨단 침투팁과 일체 또는 분리형으로 구성되며 둘레면에 내측 중공부와 통하는 복수의 소화액 분사홀을 구비한 관형 팁바디로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
