The present invention relates to a forklift approach warning device, comprising: a forklift tag attached to each working forklift and including a sensor unit detecting movement of the forklift and a UWB communication module; and a driver tag and a worker tag attached to the driver's and worker's helmet, wrist, or necklace and including the UWB communication module, wherein the forklift tag, driver tag, and worker tag are characterized in that they generate an alarm when they are located within a predetermined radius by measuring distances between them through UWB wireless communication.
