Structure for connecting horizontalpressed pipe to manhole
The present invention relates to a coupling structure for a manhole buried vertically and horizontal pipe in a lower portion of the manhole to form a flow path for sewage or rainwater. A horizontal pipe coupling structure for a manhole comprises: a manhole body having an upper end exposed to the ground, buried vertically in the ground, and having connection holes formed in sides of a lower portion thereof; horizontal pipes coupled to the connection holes in a direction horizontal to the ground to form a passage through which sewage or rainwater moves; bolt portions protruding and fixed to outer edges of the connection holes; coupling rings fixed to ends of the horizontal pipes, and having coupling holes formed in flanges extending outward to pass the bolt portions; nuts coupled to the bolt portions. The horizontal pipes and the manhole body are coupled by fastening the nuts to the bolt portions passing through through-holes to fix the coupling rings to the outer edges of the connection holes. The coupling structure for a manhole enables the manhole body and the horizontal pipes to be firmly fastened by horizontal screwing, and can have elastic rings installed on coupling surfaces, thereby preventing the outflow of running water.
본 발명은 수직으로 매설되는 맨홀과 맨홀 하부에 하수 또는 우수의 유로를 형성하는 수평관의 결합 구조에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 상단부가 지면으로 노출되고, 지반내 수직방향으로 매설되며, 하부 측면에 연결공이 형성되는 맨홀본체와; 지면 수평방향으로 상기 연결공에 결합되어 하수 또는 우수가 이동되는 이동로를 형성하는 수평관과; 상기 연결공 외측 테두리에 돌출되어 고정되는 볼트부와; 상기 수평관 단부에 고정되고, 외측으로 연장된 플랜지에 상기 볼트부가 관통되는 결합공이 형성되는 결합환과; 상기 볼트부에 결합되는 너트;를 포함하여 구성되고; 상기 수평관과 상기 맨홀본체는, 상기 관통공을 관통한 상기 볼트부에 상기 너트가 체결되어 상기 결합환을 상기 연결공 외측 테두리에 고정함에 의해 결합된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 본 발명에서는 맨홀본체와 수평관이 수평방향의 나사결합에 의해 견고하게 체결될 뿐만 아니라 결합면에 탄성링을 설치하여 유수의 외부 유출을 방지하는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a coupling structure for a manhole buried vertically and horizontal pipe in a lower portion of the manhole to form a flow path for sewage or rainwater. A horizontal pipe coupling structure for a manhole comprises: a manhole body having an upper end exposed to the ground, buried vertically in the ground, and having connection holes formed in sides of a lower portion thereof; horizontal pipes coupled to the connection holes in a direction horizontal to the ground to form a passage through which sewage or rainwater moves; bolt portions protruding and fixed to outer edges of the connection holes; coupling rings fixed to ends of the horizontal pipes, and having coupling holes formed in flanges extending outward to pass the bolt portions; nuts coupled to the bolt portions. The horizontal pipes and the manhole body are coupled by fastening the nuts to the bolt portions passing through through-holes to fix the coupling rings to the outer edges of the connection holes. The coupling structure for a manhole enables the manhole body and the horizontal pipes to be firmly fastened by horizontal screwing, and can have elastic rings installed on coupling surfaces, thereby preventing the outflow of running water.
본 발명은 수직으로 매설되는 맨홀과 맨홀 하부에 하수 또는 우수의 유로를 형성하는 수평관의 결합 구조에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 상단부가 지면으로 노출되고, 지반내 수직방향으로 매설되며, 하부 측면에 연결공이 형성되는 맨홀본체와; 지면 수평방향으로 상기 연결공에 결합되어 하수 또는 우수가 이동되는 이동로를 형성하는 수평관과; 상기 연결공 외측 테두리에 돌출되어 고정되는 볼트부와; 상기 수평관 단부에 고정되고, 외측으로 연장된 플랜지에 상기 볼트부가 관통되는 결합공이 형성되는 결합환과; 상기 볼트부에 결합되는 너트;를 포함하여 구성되고; 상기 수평관과 상기 맨홀본체는, 상기 관통공을 관통한 상기 볼트부에 상기 너트가 체결되어 상기 결합환을 상기 연결공 외측 테두리에 고정함에 의해 결합된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 본 발명에서는 맨홀본체와 수평관이 수평방향의 나사결합에 의해 견고하게 체결될 뿐만 아니라 결합면에 탄성링을 설치하여 유수의 외부 유출을 방지하는 효과가 있다.
