BREAKING HAMMER AND METHOD OF SUPPORTING PERCUSSION PISTON
The present invention relates to a method of supporting a hydraulic crushing hammer and percussion piston. The crushing hammer (1) comprises a percussion device (4) provided with a reciprocating piston (9). The piston is supported at end parts thereof to a frame (8) by means of a first piston bearing element (19) and a second piston bearing element (20). The second piston bearing element comprises a collar sealing element (13) facing a working collar (10) of the piston. The piston bearing elements are discrete components that are easily mountable and detachable.
본 발명은 유압 파쇄 해머 및 타격 피스톤을 지지하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 파쇄 해머 (1) 는 왕복 피스톤 (9) 이 제공된 타격 디바이스 (4) 를 포함한다. 피스톤은 그 단부 부분들에서 제 1 피스톤 베어링 요소 (19) 및 제 2 피스톤 베어링 요소 (20) 에 의해 프레임 (8) 에 지지된다. 제 2 피스톤 베어링 요소는 피스톤의 작동 칼라 (10) 를 향하는 칼라 시일링 요소 (13) 를 포함한다. 피스톤 베어링 요소들은 용이하게 장착가능하고 분리가능한 별개의 구성요소들이다.
