Pneumatic control device and pneumatic control method of pneumatic driven door
A pneumatic control device depressurizes the exhaust air to decelerate when approaching an opening or closing completion point during door operation, thus preventing shock and noise caused by a rapid operation of the door. In addition, when an emergency stop signal (E) occurs during door opening or closing and a restart operation signal (R) subsequently occurs, the pneumatic control device opens or closes the door at a slow speed until the opening or closing is completed from the current position, thereby preventing shock or noise due to the sudden acceleration of the door. Moreover, when an emergency stop signal (E) occurs and the door is completely opened or closed, and a restart operation signal (R) then occurs, the pneumatic control device initially operates the door slowly for a certain period of time (t4), and after the predetermined time (t4) has elapsed, opens or closes the door at a normal speed. Upon reaching the opening or closing completion point, the pneumatic control devices complete the opening or closing operation at a slow speed, thereby preventing shock or noise caused by the sudden acceleration of the door.
공압 제어장치는 도어의 개폐 시 개방 또는 폐쇄 완료 지점에 근접해서는 감속을 하여 도어의 빠른 동작으로 인한 충격과 소음을 방지하도록 배출공기를 감압하고, 또한 도어가 개방이나 폐쇄 도중에 비상정지신호(E)가 발생하고, 그 후에 재시작 동작신호(R)가 발생하면 현 위치에서 개방 또는 폐쇄가 완료될 때까지 느린 속도로 개폐되어 도어의 급발진에 따른 충격이나 소음을 방지하며, 또한, 비상정지신호(E)가 발생하고 도어가 개방이나 폐쇄가 완료된 상태에서 재시작 동작신호(R)가 발생하면, 초기에는 도어를 일정 시간 동안(t4) 느리게 동작시키다가 미리 정한 시간(t4)이 경과한 후에는 정상 속도로 개폐되며, 또한 개폐 완료 지점에 도달하면 느린 속도로 개폐 동작을 완료하여 도어의 급발진에 따른 충격이나 소음을 방지한다.
