Tie for fixing formwork with self-locking function
The present invention relates to a tie for fixing formwork with a self-locking function. The tie maintains the interval of formwork with respect to a rebar structure by one end of the tie fixed to the formwork while being coupled to a rebar forming the rebar structure. The tie comprises: a rebar fixing part in which two or more through-holes are formed to prevent movement in the longitudinal direction of the rebar by being caught on protruding joints of the rebar; and an extension part connected to the rebar fixing part, extending in a longitudinal direction, and having an extended end fixed to the formwork through a wedge pin. The tie for fixing formwork with a self-locking function can be fixed to the rebar by fitting to have no need for an additional process such as welding, thereby making the overall construction simple and safe, and can also adjust the position of the rebar, thereby enabling flexible construction. In addition, the tie can accurately correct the position of the formwork even if the formwork is pushed by the pressure of poured concrete, thereby enabling precise construction.
본 발명은 셀프 록킹 기능을 갖는 거푸집 고정용 타이에 관한 것이다. 이는, 철근구조체를 이루는 철근에 결합한 상태로 일단부가 거푸집에 고정되어, 철근구조체에 대한 거푸집의 간격을 유지시키는 것으로서, 철근의 돌출마디부에 걸려, 철근 길이방향으로의 움직임을 방지하는 두 개 이상의 관통구멍이 형성되어 있는 철근고정부와, 상기 철근고정부에 연결되며 길이방향으로 연장되고 연장단부가 웨지핀을 통해 거푸집에 고정되는 연장부가 포함된다. 상기와 같이 이루어지는 본 발명의 셀프 록킹 기능을 갖는 거푸집 고정용 타이는, 철근에 대해 끼움 결합 방식으로 고정되므로 용접 등의 추가 공정이 필요 없어 전체적인 시공이 간단하고 안전하며, 더 나아가 철근에 대한 위치 조절이 가능하여 융통성 있는 시공을 할 수 있게 한다. 또한, 타설콘크리트 압력에 의해 거푸집이 밀리더라도 거푸집의 위치를 정확하게 보정할 수 있어 정밀한 시공을 가능하게 한다.
