The present invention relates to a doorknob that can open a door by turning in both directions. According to the present invention, the doorknob for both left-handed and right-handed people comprises: two or more bar-shaped handles (B) extending in various directions from a lock button (A); a holder (C) for supporting and fixing the handles (B); and a handle support (D) for supporting the lock button (A), the handle (B), and the holder (C). Accordingly, since the door can be opened by turning the doorknob in any direction, it has the advantage that both left-handed and right-handed people can open the door without effort.
