The present invention relates to a powerless automatic louver opening and closing apparatus with an external actuator mounting structure, which has an actuator mounted on the outside of a window frame to open and close a louver, thereby responding quickly to the temperature of the outside air and being easily maintained. The powerless automatic louver opening and closing apparatus, which is a window system in a place where the outdoor unit of an air conditioner is installed, and automatically opens and closes the louver without power, comprises: a frame unit forming the edge of the window system and having an opening therein; a plurality of pivoting links installed along at least one vertical wall surface of the frame unit and capable of pivoting at a predetermined angle; a plurality of louvers connected to rotating shafts of the pivoting links and opening and closing the opening of the frame unit while pivoting along the pivoting links; a first lift platform for connecting sides of the pivoting links along a vertical axis; a second lift platform for connecting the other sides of the pivoting links along the vertical axis; a thermal actuator installed outside the frame unit, and having a piston that moves forward and backward according to external temperatures; and a pivoting arm having one end connected to an end of the piston and the other end connected to the first lift platform or the second lift platform, and pivoting based on the rotational axis of the center according to the stroke of the piston to lift the first lift platform or the second lift platform. Therefore, the powerless automatic louver opening and closing apparatus can have the actuator mounted on the outside of the window frame to open and close the louver, thereby responding quickly to the temperature of the outside air, enable users to easily check the operating state of the actuator, and can make it easy to maintain the components of the powerless automatic louver opening and closing apparatus.

본 발명은 루버의 개폐 동작을 수행하기 위한 액추에이터가 창호 프레임의 외부에 장착되어 외기의 온도에 속응적으로 반응하며 유지보수가 용이한 액추에이터 외부 장착 구조를 가진 무전원 루버 자동 개폐 장치에 관한 것으로서, 에어컨 실외기가 설치된 개소의 창호로서 무전원으로 루버를 자동 개폐하는 무전원 루버 자동 개폐 장치에 있어서, 상기 창호의 테두리를 형성하며 내부에는 개구부가 구비되는 프레임 유닛; 상기 프레임 유닛의 적어도 일측 수직 벽면을 따라 설치되며 소정 각도로 회동 가능한 복수의 회동 링크; 상기 회동 링크의 회전축에 연결되어 상기 회동 링크를 따라 회동하면서 상기 프레임 유닛의 개구부를 개폐하는 복수의 루버; 상기 회동 링크의 일측방을 수직 축을 따라 연결하는 제1 승강대; 상기 회동 링크의 타측방을 수직 축을 따라 연결하는 제2 승강대; 상기 프레임 유닛의 외부에 설치되며 외부 온도에 따라 전후진하는 피스톤을 구비하는 써멀 액추에이터; 및 일단부는 상기 피스톤의 단부와 연결되고 타단부는 상기 제1 승강대 또는 상기 제2 승강대와 연결되며, 상기 피스톤의 행정 운동에 따라 그 중심의 회동축을 기준으로 회동하여 상기 제1 승강대 또는 상기 제2 승강대를 승강시키는 회동 암을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 액추에이터를 창호 프레임의 외부에 설치하여 외기의 온도에 속응적으로 반응하여 루버를 개폐할 수 있고, 액추에이터의 동작 상태를 쉽게 확인할 수 있으며, 무전원 루버 자동 개폐 구성품들의 유지보수가 용이한 효과가 있다.
