Attachment and detachment structure between ripper and bucket for excavators
An attachment and detachment structure of a ripper and a bucket for an excavator according to the present invention is a structure in which the bucket is attached to and detached from the ripper mounted on the tip of an arm of the excavator, comprising: a ripper blade accommodating part, a pair of fixing pieces, and a fixing release mechanism. The ripper blade accommodating part is formed in the bucket to receive and support a portion of the ripper blade from the rear. The fixing pieces are formed at the rear end of the bucket to correspond to the left and right sides of a ripper body of the ripper in a state where the ripper blade is accommodated in the ripper blade accommodating part. The fixing release mechanism fixes or releases the fixing pieces to the ripper body. An objective of the present invention is to provide the attachment and detachment structure of a ripper and a bucket for an excavator that allows the bucket to be selectively inserted into and removed from the ripper as needed for convenient use.
본 발명에 따른 굴삭기용 리퍼와 버켓의 착탈 구조는 굴삭기의 암 선단에 장착되는 리퍼에 버켓을 착탈하는 구조로서, 리퍼날 수용부와, 한 쌍의 고정편들, 및 고정해제기구를 포함한다. 리퍼날 수용부는 리퍼의 리퍼날을 후방으로부터 일부 수용해서 지지하도록 버켓에 형성된다. 고정편들은 리퍼날이 리퍼날 수용부에 수용된 상태에서 리퍼의 리퍼몸체 좌우에 대응되게 버켓의 후단에 형성된다. 고정해제기구는 고정편들을 리퍼몸체에 고정 또는 해제한다.
