CLAMP FOR SOLAR ROOF PANEL
An objective of the present invention is to provide a clamp for a solar roof panel, which simplifies the structure for coupling a solar roof panel and a clamp and coupling the clamp and a bracket to shorten the time required for fastening work of a bolt and a nut for the coupling. The clamp for a solar roof panel comprises a first clamp (110), a second clamp (120), and a fastening member (130) firmly fixing the first clamp (110) and the second clamp (120) by fastening the first clamp (110) and the second clamp (120). The first clamp (110) includes: a first tong unit (111) having a shape corresponding to the shape of a solar roof panel and enclosing a portion of the solar roof panel; a first body unit (112) vertically extended upwards from an end of the first tong unit (111) and provided with a first accommodation groove (113) formed in a longitudinal direction; and a support coupling unit (115) having a horizontal plate (116) horizontally connected to an end of the first body unit (112) to be perpendicular to the first body unit (112) and a vertical plate (117) vertically extended upwards from one end of the horizontal plate (116) and allowing a C-beam to be bolt-coupled thereto. The second clamp (120) includes: a second tong unit (121) enclosing the remaining portion of the solar roof panel and having a shape symmetric to the first tong unit (111); and a second body unit (122) vertically extended upwards from an end of the second tong unit (121) and provided with a second accommodation groove (123) formed in the longitudinal direction. The fastening member (130) is inserted into the first accommodation groove (113) and the second accommodation groove (123) to fasten and fix the first clamp (110) and the second clamp (120).
개시된 본 발명에 따른 솔라루프 판넬용 클램프는 제1 클램프(110)와, 제2 클램프(120) 및 제1 클램프(110)와 제2 클램프(120)를 체결하여 견고하게 고정시키는 체결부재(130)를 포함한다. 제1 클램프(110)는 솔라루프 판넬의 형상과 대응되는 형상을 가지며 솔라루프 판넬의 일부를 감싸는 제1집게부(111)와, 제1집게부(111)의 단부로부터 상부 수직방향으로 연장되되 길이방향으로 제1수용홈(113)이 형성되는 제1몸체부(112)와, 제1몸체부(112)와 직교하도록 상기 제1몸체부(112)의 단부에 수평방향으로 연결되는 수평판(116)과 수평판(116)의 일단부에서 상부 수직방향으로 연장되며 C형강이 볼트 결합되는 수직판(117)을 구비하는 지지결합부(115)를 포함한다. 제2 클램프(120)는 솔라루프 판넬의 나머지 일부를 감싸며 상기 제1집게부(111)와 대칭 형상을 갖는 제2집게부(121)와, 제2집게부(121)의 단부로부터 상부 수직방향으로 연장되되 길이방향으로 제2수용홈(123)이 형성되는 제2몸체부(122)를 포함한다. 체결부재(130)는 제1수용홈(113) 및 제2수용홈(123)의 삽입되어 제1 클램프(110)와 제2 클램프(120)를 체결하여 고정시킨다.

An objective of the present invention is to provide a clamp for a solar roof panel, which simplifies the structure for coupling a solar roof panel and a clamp and coupling the clamp and a bracket to shorten the time required for fastening work of a bolt and a nut for the coupling. The second clamp (120) includes: a second tong unit (121) enclosing the remaining portion of the solar roof panel and having a shape symmetric to the first tong unit (111); and a second body unit (122) vertically extended upwards from an end of the second tong unit (121) and provided with a second accommodation groove (123) formed in the longitudinal direction. The fastening member (130) is inserted into the first accommodation groove (113) and the second accommodation groove (123) to fasten and fix the first clamp (110) and the second clamp (120).
