EXCAVATOR BUCKETS WITH TONGS
The present invention relates to a bucket used by being connected with the front end of an excavator arm. The bucket includes: an upper surface formed flat in an upper part of the bucket and provided with a plurality of bolt holes; a first hydraulic cylinder and a second hydraulic cylinder including a first fixing shaft and a second fixing shaft located vertically on the upper surface, and a third fixing shaft and a fourth fixing shaft spaced apart by a predetermined distance from the first and second fixing shafts, and having the third and fourth fixing shafts connected with an end of a rod, and located in parallel with the upper surface; and first tongs to which the first and third fixing shafts are fixed, and second tongs to which the second and fourth fixing shafts are fixed. As the rod of the first hydraulic cylinder is let in and out, the first tongs are rotated around the second fixed shaft, and as the rod of the second hydraulic cylinder is led in and out, the second tongs are rotated around the fourth fixed shaft, and, meanwhile, the first and second tongs can be used to pick up or crush an item, and, when not in use, the first and second tongs can be stored. Therefore, the present invention is capable of increasing working efficiency.
본 발명은 굴삭기 암의 선단에 연결하여 이용되는 버킷에 있어서, 상기 버킷의 상부로 평평하게 형성되며 다수개의 볼트공이 구비된 상부면과, 상기 상부면에 수직으로 위치하는 제1고정축 및 제2고정축과, 상기 제1고정축 및 제2고정축과 일정간격 이격되는 제3고정축 및 제4고정축이 구비되고, 상기 제3고정축 및 제4고정축과 로드의 단부가 연결되고, 상기 상부면에 평행하게 위치하는 제1유압실린더 및 제2유압실린더와, 상기 제1고정축 및 제3고정축이 고정되는 제1집게 및 상기 제2고정축 및 제4고정축이 고정되는 제2집게와, 상기 제1유압실린더의 로드가 인입, 인출됨에 따라 상기 제2고정축을 중심으로 제1집게가 회전되고, 상기 제2유압실린더의 로드가 인입, 인출됨에 따라 상기 제4고정축을 중심으로 제2집게가 회전되면서, 상기 제1집게 및 제2집게를 이용하여 물건을 집거나 파쇄할 수 있고, 사용하지 않을 때는 상기 제1집게 및 제2집게가 수납될 수 있도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 집게가 구비된 굴삭기용 버킷에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a bucket used by being connected with the front end of an excavator arm.
