CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT OF FOAM CEMENT COMPOSITION FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF ULTRA LIGHT-WEIGHT NON-COMBUSTIBLE CEMENT-BASED INSULATION MATERIALS
The present invention relates to a foamed cement-based composition for manufacturing an ultra-lightweight non-combustible insulation material for preventing fire spread, which is advantageous in forming an insulation layer on an outer wall of a building, has excellent workability, and has strength and incombustibility to prevent spread in case of fire. According to the present invention, the foamed cement-based composition is characterized by mixing an intermediate composition containing 40 to 80 wt% of cement, 5 to 50 wt% of anhydrite, 5 to 20 wt% of quicklime, and 5 to 15 wt% of calcium formate (CSA) powder as a setting time regulator, and the foam generated from a foam composition in which 90 to 95 wt% of water, 2 to 8 wt% of a foaming agent, and 1 to 2 wt% of a thickener for foam stability are mixed using a foam generator.
본 발명은 화재확산 방지용 초경량 불연 단열재료 제조를 위한 발포 시멘트계 조성물에 관한 것으로, 건축물 외벽의 단열층 형성에 유리하고 작업성이 우수하면서도 강도 및 불연성을 갖추어 화재 시 확산 방지에 유리하도록 한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은, 시멘트 40~80중량%, 무수석고 5~50중량%, 생석회 5~20중량% 및 응결시간 조절제로서 칼슘포메이트(CSA) 분말 5~15중량%를 포함하는 중간 조성물과, 기포발생기를 사용하여 물 90~95중량%, 기포제 2~8중량% 및 기포 안정성을 위한 증점제 1~2중량%를 혼합한 기포 조성물로부터 생성된 기포를 혼합한 것을 특징으로 한다.
