The present invention relates to a polycarbonate double-vacuum triple glass and a manufacturing method of the double-vacuum triple glass. According to the present invention, the polycarbonate double-vacuum triple glass comprises: a first PC plate, a second PC plate, and a third PC plate parallelly overlapped with each other at regular intervals; an upper gap rod placed between the first PC plate and the second PC plate and keeping the gap between the first PC plate and the second PC plate; a lower gap rod placed between the second PC plate and the third PC Plate and keeping the gap between the second PC plate and the third PC plate; a sealing member placed along an edge between the plurality of PC plates, and sealing the space between the first PC plate and the second PC plate and the space between the second PC plate and the third PC plate; a first vacuum jack parallelly placed to the second PC plate and turning the space between the first PC plate and the second PC plate into a vacuum dry status; and a second vacuum jack placed parallelly to the second PC plate and turning the space between the second PC plate and the third PC plate into a vacuum dry status. The present invention is able to secure excellent seismic performance.
본 발명은 정해진 간격을 두고 서로 평행하게 겹쳐지는 제1,2,3 PC판재;와, 상기 제1,2 PC판재 사이에 구비되어 상기 제1,2 PC판재 사이의 간격을 유지시키는 상층간봉;과, 상기 제2,3 PC판재 사이에 구비되어 상기 제2,3 PC판재 사이의 간격을 유지시키는 하층간봉;과, 상기 복수의 PC판재 사이의 테두리를 따라 구비되어 제1,2 PC판재 사이의 공간 및 제2,3 PC판재 사이의 공간을 밀폐시키는 실링부재;와, 상기 제2 PC판재와 평행하게 구비되며, 제1,2 PC판재 사이의 공간을 진공 건조상태로 형성하는 제1진공잭;과, 상기 제2 PC판재와 평행하게 구비되며, 제2,3 PC판재 사이의 공간을 진공 건조상태로 형성하는 제2진공잭;을 포함하는 폴리카보네이트 2중 진공 3중 유리 및 2중 진공 3중 유리 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
