The present invention relates to a wheel chock having an integral anti-slip skid plate and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a wheel chock having an integral anti-slip skid plate in a trapezoid shape and certain height and a manufacturing method thereof to come in contact with a wheel of a vehicle. The anti-slip skid plate is extended from the front lower side of the body toward the front side by coming in close contact with the floor or ground, which prevents the anti-slip skid plate from moving backward by the load (self-load) when in contact with the wheel. Since the body and the anti-slip skid plate are attached to the floor, it is easy to integrate and wheel chock construction is simple. In addition, there is no concern over damage to the floor, ground, or building and the like. The present invention is environmentally friendly and the wheel chock is easy to store and transport.
본 발명은 일체형 후방 밀림 방지 플레이트를 구비한 카 스토퍼 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 소정의 높이를 가지며, 전면이 차량의 바퀴와 접촉되어 차량의 이동이 저지되는 사다리꼴 형상의 몸체와 상기 몸체의 전면 하측에서 전방으로 상기 바닥에 밀착되는 상태로 일체로 연장형성되어 상기 바퀴와 접촉시 하중(자중)에 의해 상기 블록형 몸체의 후방 밀림을 방지하는 후방 밀림 방지 플레이트를 일체로 형성하되, 상기 몸체 및 후발 밀림 방지 플레이트를 바닥에 접착되도록 함으로써, 일체형으로 제작이 용이하면서도 바닥 접착에 의해 시공이 간단하고, 바닥 건물 등의 파손의 우려가 없고 친환경적이면서도 보관 및 운반이 용이한 일체형 후방 밀림 방지 플레이트를 구비한 카 스토퍼 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
