APPARATUS FOR HIGH SEALING OF SLIDING WINDOWS AND DOORS WHEN CLOSED
A sealing maintaining device, which is mounted in a rail groove of a window sash, is configured to come into close contact with an end portion of a guide of a window frame to provide a sealing function when the window sash is closed, thereby blocking foreign substances or dust from being introduced into a room and improving insulation, wind protection, and soundproofing effects. Specifically, when a bundle of locks are operated, two connecting bars installed on both sides operate an upper sealing means and a lower sealing means to effect sealing, and at the same time, the window sash is closed to maintain lateral sealing. Accordingly, the present invention has a simple structure which achieves sealing while expanding the width of the window sash, and increases the sealing effect, and wind protection and insulation effects. Furthermore, the present invention having a buffering means on the connecting bar can further increase the sealing effect by operating the upper and lower sealing means smoothly when the window sash is closed.
창호 짝의 레일 홈에 장착된 밀착 유지 장치가 창호 짝을 닫았을 때 창호 틀의 가이드의 끝 부분에 밀착하여 실링 작용하게 구성함으로, 이 가이드를 타고 넘는 이물이나 먼지의 실내 유입을 차단하고 단열과 방풍 및 방음 효과를 개선할 수 있다. 특히, 잠금 뭉치를 작동하면 그 양쪽에 장착된 두 개의 연결 바가 상부 밀착수단과 하부 밀착수단을 작동시켜 실링이 이루어지게 하고, 동시에 창호 짝이 닫혀서 측면의 실링이 유지되게 구성함으로, 창호 짝의 넓이를 확장하면서 실링 작용이 이루어지는 구조가 간단하면서도 밀착 효과와 방풍 그리고 단열 효과를 한층 더 높일 수 있다. 또한, 연결 바에 완충수단을 갖춤으로, 창호 짝을 닫을 때 상부 및 하부 밀착수단이 원활하게 동작하게 하면서도 밀착 효과를 한층 더 높일 수 있다.
