Sprinkler Assembly
The present invention relates to a sprinkler coupling structure, which comprises: an upper unit which is inserted into an upper portion of a through hole formed in a ceiling panel and has a nipple hole formed in the center; a lower unit inserted into a lower portion of the through hole, fixedly coupled to the upper unit, and having a nipple hole formed in the center; a reducing nipple which passes through the nipple hole of the upper unit and the nipple hole of the lower unit, is inserted from the upper portion of the upper unit to be fixedly coupled with the upper unit, and is manufactured integrally with a flexible tube having an upper side connected from a water supply source such that fire extinguishing water flows therein; a flexible tube body integrally manufactured with the reducing nipple and having an upper end connected from the water supply source such that the fire extinguishing water flows therein; a head coupled to a lower end of the reducing nipple and ejecting the fire extinguishing water supplied from the water supply source through the reducing nipple; and a head protection net fixedly coupled to the lower unit to protect the head. The reducing nipple is designed to be detachable from the ceiling panel while being integrally combined with the flexible tube body, such that the reducing nipple is separated from the upper unit without separating the reducing nipple and flexible tube body. Therefore, the head can be replaced at the upper portion of the ceiling panel without separating the reducing nipple and the flexible tube body, thereby preventing the leakage of the fire extinguishing water from the reducing nipple to an internal space in which a sprinkler is installed.
본 발명은 스프링클러 결합구조에 관한 것으로서, 천장패널에 형성된 통공의 상부에 끼워지고, 중앙에 니플구멍이 형성되는 상부유닛; 상기 통공의 하부에 끼워져 상기 상부유닛과 고정결합되고, 중앙에 니플구멍이 형성되는 하부유닛; 상기 상부유닛의 니플구멍과 상기 하부유닛의 니플구멍을 관통해 상기 상부유닛의 상부로부터 끼워져 상기 상부유닛과 고정결합되고, 상측이 급수원으로부터 연결되어 소화수가 유입되는 플렉시블 관체와 일체로 제작되는 레듀싱니플; 상기 레듀싱니플과 일체로 제작되고, 상단이 급수원으로부터 연결되어 소화수가 유입되는 플렉시블 관체; 상기 레듀싱니플의 하단에 결합되어, 급수원으로부터 상기 레듀싱니플을 통해 공급되는 소화수를 분사하는 헤드; 및 상기 하부유닛과 고정결합되어 상기 헤드를 보호하는 헤드보호망;을 포함하여 이루어지며, 레듀싱니플은 플렉시블 관체와 일체로 결합된 상태로 천장패널과 착탈 가능하도록 되어있는 바, 레듀싱니플과 플렉시블 관체를 분리하지 않고도 레듀싱니플을 상부유닛과 분리함으로써 레듀싱니플과 플렉시블 관체를 천장패널의 상부에서 헤드를 교체할 수 있어, 레듀싱니플에서 스프링클러를 설치한 내부공간으로 소화수가 유출되는 것을 방지할 수 있게 된다.

The present invention relates to a sprinkler coupling structure, which comprises: an upper unit which is inserted into an upper portion of a through hole formed in a ceiling panel and has a nipple hole formed in the center; a lower unit inserted into a lower portion of the through hole, fixedly coupled to the upper unit, and having a nipple hole formed in the center; a reducing nipple which passes through the nipple hole of the upper unit and the nipple hole of the lower unit, is inserted from the upper portion of the upper unit to be fixedly coupled with the upper unit, and is manufactured integrally with a flexible tube having an upper side connected from a water supply source such that fire extinguishing water flows therein; a flexible tube body integrally manufactured with the reducing nipple and having an upper end connected from the water supply source such that the fire extinguishing water flows therein; a head coupled to a lower end of the reducing nipple and ejecting the fire extinguishing water supplied from the water supply source through the reducing nipple; and a head protection net fixedly coupled to the lower unit to protect the head. The reducing nipple is designed to be detachable from the ceiling panel while being integrally combined with the flexible tube body, such that the reducing nipple is separated from the upper unit without separating the reducing nipple and flexible tube body. Therefore, the head can be replaced at the upper portion of the ceiling panel without separating the reducing nipple and the flexible tube body, thereby preventing the leakage of the fire extinguishing water from the reducing nipple to an internal space in which a sprinkler is installed.
