The present invention relates to an automatic and manual flushing apparatus for a toilet bowl, in which only one spring is mounted and a forward/backward rotation arm connected to a motor and a manual pushing portion are in direct contact with the outer side of an opening/closing arm so that a see-saw operation of the opening/closing arm which opens/closes a flap of the toilet bowl is possible without installing an additional connecting means between the forward/backward rotation arm and the opening/closing arm and between the manual pushing portion and the opening/closing arm. The automatic and manual flushing apparatus comprises: a housing which is provided on the upper portion of a water tank of the toilet bowl to be penetrated therethrough and has an empty interior; the opening/closing arm which passes through an inner cover portion of the housing in a transverse direction so that the passing-through portion is connected to the housing via a hinge shaft in a longitudinal direction and inner and outer arms are formed on the basis of the hinge shaft as a boundary, wherein the inner arm has an end portion to which an opening/closing string connected to the flap is connected and the outer arm has a recovery force for upwardly rotating about the hinge shaft; a sensing automatic driving portion which is provided in the housing and which, when having sensed at least one of motion, voice and touch of a user, allows the forward/backward rotation arm connected to the motor to come into direct contact with the outer arm and the opening/closing arm to see-saw once so as to open and close the flap once; and a manipulation operating portion which is provided to pass through an outer cover portion of the housing and allows, when the motor is not operated, the manual pushing portion to come into direct contact with the outer arm and the opening/closing arm to see-saw so as to manually open and close the flap.

본 발명은 하나의 스프링만을 장착하고, 모터와 연결된 정역 회전암과 수동 누름부가 개폐암의 외측에 직접적으로 접촉되게 함에 따라, 정역 회전암과 개폐암의 사이 및 수동 누름부와 개폐암의 사이에 별도의 연결수단을 필요 없게 하면서 변기의 플립을 개폐하는 개폐암의 시소 동작을 가능하게 할 수 있는 양변기용 자동 및 수동 물 내림장치에 관한 것으로, 양변기 물탱크의 상부에 관통되게 구비되고 내부가 비어 있는 하우징과; 상기 하우징의 내측 커버부에 횡방향으로 관통되어 관통 부분이 하우징에 종방향의 힌지축으로 연결되고, 힌지축을 경계로 하여 내,외측암이 형성되며, 내측암의 끝단에는 플립과 연결되는 개폐줄이 연결되며, 상기 외측암은 힌지축을 중심으로 상향 회전되는 복원력을 가지는 개폐암과; 상기 하우징의 내부에 구비되고, 사용자의 모션, 음성, 터치 중 적어도 하나 이상이 센싱되면 모터에 연결된 정역 회전암이 상기 외측암에 직접 접촉되어 개폐암을 1회 시소 동작시켜 상기 플립을 1회 여닫는 센싱 자동 구동부와; 상기 하우징의 외측 커버부에 관통 구비되어 상기 모터가 작동되지 않을 때 수동 누름부가 외측암에 직접 접촉되어 개폐암을 시소 동작시켜 상기 플립을 수동으로 여닫는 조작 작동부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
