A food waste disposer of the present invention is designed to save space in a way that a top cover unit of the disposer moves down to open the disposer when a user pushes the top cover unit back to open the disposer, and the top cover unit comes to cover the disposer when the user pulls the top cover unit forward. Therefore, the food waste disposer can be installed easily under a shelf of a sink. In addition, when food waste is crushed and stirred, a scissor-like motion of grinding and stirring blades improves the efficiency of crushing and stirring and increases the reliability of a dry stirring container. Also, since the disposer removes moisture from food waste using a dehumidifier method and does not give off air inside the disposer to the outside, the odor of the food waste disposer does not leak to the outside, which may significantly increase the adoption rate of a food waste disposer. Consequently, it is expected to provide convenience to the majority of homemakers and to significantly contribute to improving the indoor environment and reducing the amount of food waste discharged.
본 발명의 음식물 쓰레기 처리기는, 처리기의 뚜껑[Top Cover unit]을 열 때에는 뒤로 밀면, 하부로 처지면서 열리고, 뚜껑을 닫을 때에는 앞으로 당기면 닫히게 하는 방식으로 성스페이스화 했기 때문에 싱크대의 선반 밑에서도 쉽게 설치가 가능하게 되었고, 또 음식물 쓰레기를 분쇄ㆍ 교반할 때 분쇄교반용 날개가 가위질 하면서 분쇄ㆍ 교반의 효율을 향상시켰으며, 건조 교반통의 신뢰성을 대폭 향상 시켰다. 또 음식물 쓰레기 처리도 제습기 방식으로 음식물의 수분을 제거하고, 처리기 내부의 공기를 외부로 유출하지 않기 때문에 음식물 쓰레기 처리기의 냄새가 외부로 유출되지 않아 음식물 쓰레기 처리기의 보급률을 획기적으로 제고하여, 결과적으로 대다수 주부에게 편리성을 제공함과 동시에, 옥내 환경 개선 및 음식물 쓰레기 퇴출량 감소에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
