Improved Finishing Material Fixing Assembly For Building Wall And Construction Method Thereof
The present invention relates to an improved building wall finish material fixing assembly, comprising: a wall surface coupling plate (100) formed in a plate shape in close contact with a building wall (10) to be fixed on the building wall (10), having an anchor hole (110) formed in a slot hole shape extended vertically while communicating with a wall surface hole (11) drilled in advance on the building wall, and having a wedge anchor (20), a nut (30), and a washer (40) fastened with the wall surface hole and the anchor hole to be fixed on the building wall; an extension plate (200) bent at right angles on the wall surface coupling plate (100) to be extended forward and having finish material support plates (210) individually protruding in a vertical direction; and a finish material coupling plate (300) extended toward a front side of the extension plate (200) and having individually protruding coupling bumps (310) in a vertical direction to be inserted into and coupled to coupling grooves (51) formed individually on an upper surface and a lower surface of the finish material (50). The wall surface coupling plate (100), the extension plate (200), and the finish material coupling plate (300) are integrated with each other, so that the whole cross-section has a shape (image) represented in the figure 2. The present invention is able to be easily installed on a wall surface.
본 발명은 건물벽(10)에 고정 설치되도록 건물벽과 밀착되는 판상으로 형성되되, 상기 건물벽에 사전에 천공된 벽면홀(11)과 연통되면서 상하 방향으로 연장된 슬롯홀(slot hole) 형상의 앙카홀(110)이 관통 형성되고, 상기 벽면홀 및 앙카홀에는 웨지앙카(wedge anchor, 20), 너트(30) 및 와셔(40)가 체결되어 건물벽에 고정 설치되는 벽면결합판(100)과; 상기 벽면결합판(100)에 직각으로 절곡되어 전방으로 연장되고, 상하 방향으로 각각 마감재지지판(210)이 돌출 형성된 연장판(200)과; 상기 연장판(200)의 전방으로 연장되고, 마감재(50)의 상면 및 하면 각각에 함몰 형성된 결합홈(51)에 삽입되어 결합되도록 상하 방향으로 각각 결합돌기(310)가 돌출 형성된 마감재결합판(300)을 포함하고, 상기 벽면결합판(100), 연장판(200) 및 마감재결합판(300)이 일체로 형성되어 전체 단면 형상이 'JPEGpat00011.jpg1511'를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 건물벽 마감재 고정조립체 및 그 시공 방법에 관한 것이다.
