UNDERPILING APPARATUS FOR PLAYGROUND
According to the present invention, disclosed is a foundation reinforcing material for a combination playground, comprising: a foundation block having an insertion hole formed on a central part of an upper surface to insert the lower end of a pillar and formed at a certain depth in the ground; a pad inserted into the circumference of the pillar and adhering closely to the upper surface of the foundation block while being elastically deformed when an external force is applied thereto; a dehumidifying container installed on the pad while being inserted into the circumference of the pillar, having a plurality of dehumidifying holes radially arranged and formed at constant intervals on an upper surface, and filled with a dehumidifying agent therein; a supporting block divided and formed on both sides around the pillar to erect and support the pillar in an insertion hole of the foundation block while enveloping the dehumidifying container; a supporter attached to the inner circumference surface facing the circumference of the pillar of the supporting block and softly absorbing and attenuating an external force while being elastically deformed by elastic deformation when the external force is applied to the pillar; a cover inserted into the circumference of the pillar while covering the supporting block and absorbing and attenuating an impact while being elastically deformed by elastic deformation when the impact is applied thereto; and a sealing material attached to the inner circumference surface of the cover to ensure watertightness and airtightness. Therefore, the durability lifetime of a pillar of an outdoor facility is extended.
본 발명은 상면 중심부에 기둥의 하단을 삽입하기 위한 삽입공이 형성되고, 땅속에 일정한 깊이로 형성되는 기초블록, 상기 기둥의 둘레에 끼워져 외력을 받을 시 탄성 변형되면서 상기 기초블록의 상면에 밀착되는 패드, 상기 기둥의 둘레에 끼워져 상기 패드 위에 설치되고, 상면에 방사상으로 일정한 간격을 두고 복수개의 제습구멍이 배열 형성되며, 내부에 제습제가 충전된 제습통, 상기 제습통을 감싸면서 상기 기초블록의 삽입공에 상기 기둥을 세워 지지하기 위해 상기 기둥을 중심으로 양쪽에 분할 형성된 지지블록, 상기 지지블록의 상기 기둥의 둘레와 마주하는 내주면에 부착되고, 상기 기둥이 외력을 받을 시 탄성 변형에 의해 탄력적으로 변형되면서 유연하게 흡수 및 완화하는 서포터, 상기 지지블록을 커버하면서 상기 기둥의 둘레에 끼워지고, 충격을 받을 시 탄성 변형에 의해 탄력적으로 변형되면서 흡수 및 완화하는 커버 및 상기 커버의 내주면에 수밀성과 기밀성을 확보하기 위해 부착된 실링재를 포함하여 구성되어 야외 시설물 기둥의 내구연한을 연장하는 조합놀이대용 기초 보강재를 개시한다.

Therefore, the durability lifetime of a pillar of an outdoor facility is extended.
