The present invention aims to provide an opening/closing operation structure of a sliding door for a van. According to the present invention, the opening/closing operation structure of a sliding door for a van comprises: a driving motor (20) mounted on the sliding door (2) of the van; a power transport unit (50) transporting the rotation force of a motor shaft of the driving motor (20); a rotation gear unit (40) receiving the rotation force from the power transport unit (50); a sprocket (159) connected to the rotation gear unit (40) to be rotated; and a chain (60) arranged on a sliding door rail (4) of the van slidably coupled to the sliding door (2) and coupled to the sprocket (159). The power transport unit (50) includes: a rotation input link (52) connected to the motor shaft of the driving motor (20) mounted on the sliding door (2) of the van; a rotation output link (54) connected to the input link by the medium of a joint (58); and a transmission link (56) connected to the rotation output link (54) by the medium of the joint (58) and connected to the sprocket (159) by the medium of the rotation gear unit (40). The present invention is able to, when it is needed to manually open/close a sliding door of a van, manually release the coupling between a driving clutch and a driven clutch by a clutch control unit, and to easily and manually open/close the sliding door of the van.
본 발명의 목적은 승합차용 슬라이딩 도어의 개폐 작동 구조를 제공하고자 하는 것으로, 본 발명의 승합차용 슬라이딩 도어의 개폐 작동 구조.의 구성은 승합차의 슬라이딩 도어(2)에 장착된 구동모터(20); 상기 구동모터(20)의 모터축의 회전력을 전달하는 동력전달부(50); 상기 동력전달부(50)에서 전달되는 회전력을 전달받는 로테이션 기어부(40); 상기 로테이션 기어부(40)에 연결되어 회전되는 스프로켓(159); 상기 슬라이딩 도어(2)가 슬라이드 가능하게 결합된 승합차의 슬라이딩 도어 레일(4)에 구비되며 상기 스프로켓(159)에 결합된 체인(60);을 포함하고, 상기 동력전달부(50)는, 상기 승합차의 상기 슬라이딩 도어(2)에 장착된 상기 구동모터(20)의 상기 모터축에 연결되는 로테이션 인풋 링크(52); 상기 인풋 링크에 조인트(58)를 매개로 연결된 로테이션 아웃풋 링크(54); 상기 로테이션 아웃풋 링크(54)에 조인트(58)를 매개로 연결되며 상기 로테이션 기어부(40)를 매개로 상기 스프로켓(159)에 연결된 트랜스미션 링크(56);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 효과는 승합차의 슬라이딩 도어의 수동 개페가 필요한 경우 구동 클러치와 종동 클러치의 결합을 클러치 제어 유닛에 의해 수동으로 해제할 수 있어서, 승합차의 슬라이딩 도어를 손쉽게 수동으로 개폐할 수 있도록 한다는 것이다.
