The present invention relates to a ceiling-embedded fire door capable of preventing the spread of damage by causing a fire door embedded horizontally in a ceiling to descend at a constant speed to safely block a passage in case of an emergency such as a fire. In accordance with the present invention, the ceiling-embedded fire door includes: a vertical frame installed vertically side by side on both side walls of an indoor passage, and a horizontal frame coupled to the upper end of the vertical frame to be installed horizontally on the ceiling of a building; a fire door provided horizontally inside the bottom of the horizontal frame to be hinged to one side of the horizontal frame; a shaft installed across the passage to be rotatable in an upper part of the fire door; and a door driving unit installed in an upper part of the horizontal frame to operate the fire door, wherein as the door driving unit unwinds a wire rope wound on the shaft, the fire door blocks the indoor passage by allowing a lower end part on one side to be lowered and rotated around a hinge on the other side to prevent the spread of damage caused by an emergency (a fire or the like), and the door driving unit reversely pulls and winds the wire rope onto the shaft to return the fire door to the ceiling.
본 발명은 천장 매립형 방화문에 관한 것으로, 화재등과 같은 긴급 상황이 발생시, 천장에 수평으로 매립된 방화도어가 일정 속도로 하강하여 통로를 안전하게 차단하므로써 피해 확산을 방지할 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 실내 통로의 양측 벽체에 나란히 수직 설치되는 수직 프레임, 및 상기 수직 프레임의 상단에 결합하여 건축물 천장에 수평 설치되는 수평 프레임; 상기 수평 프레임의 저면 내측에 수평으로 구비하여 상기 수평 프레임의 일측에 힌지 연결되는 방화도어; 상기 방화도어의 상부에 통로를 가로질러 회전 가능하게 설치되는 샤프트; 상기 수평 프레임의 상부에 설치하여 상기 방화도어를 작동시키는 도어 구동부; 상기 도어 구동부는 상기 샤프트에 감긴 와이어 로프를 풀어내림에 따라, 상기 방화도어는 일측 힌지를 기준으로 타측 하단부가 하강 회전하여 실내 통로를 차단시켜 긴급상황(화재 등)의 피해 확산을 방지하고, 역으로 상기 샤프트로 와이어 로프를 감아당겨 상기 방화도어를 천장으로 복귀하게 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a ceiling-embedded fire door capable of preventing the spread of damage by causing a fire door embedded horizontally in a ceiling to descend at a constant speed to safely block a passage in case of an emergency such as a fire. In accordance with the present invention, the ceiling-embedded fire door includes: a vertical frame installed vertically side by side on both side walls of an indoor passage, and a horizontal frame coupled to the upper end of the vertical frame to be installed horizontally on the ceiling of a building; a fire door provided horizontally inside the bottom of the horizontal frame to be hinged to one side of the horizontal frame; a shaft installed across the passage to be rotatable in an upper part of the fire door; and a door driving unit installed in an upper part of the horizontal frame to operate the fire door, wherein as the door driving unit unwinds a wire rope wound on the shaft, the fire door blocks the indoor passage by allowing a lower end part on one side to be lowered and rotated around a hinge on the other side to prevent the spread of damage caused by an emergency (a fire or the like), and the door driving unit reversely pulls and winds the wire rope onto the shaft to return the fire door to the ceiling.
본 발명은 천장 매립형 방화문에 관한 것으로, 화재등과 같은 긴급 상황이 발생시, 천장에 수평으로 매립된 방화도어가 일정 속도로 하강하여 통로를 안전하게 차단하므로써 피해 확산을 방지할 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명은, 실내 통로의 양측 벽체에 나란히 수직 설치되는 수직 프레임, 및 상기 수직 프레임의 상단에 결합하여 건축물 천장에 수평 설치되는 수평 프레임; 상기 수평 프레임의 저면 내측에 수평으로 구비하여 상기 수평 프레임의 일측에 힌지 연결되는 방화도어; 상기 방화도어의 상부에 통로를 가로질러 회전 가능하게 설치되는 샤프트; 상기 수평 프레임의 상부에 설치하여 상기 방화도어를 작동시키는 도어 구동부; 상기 도어 구동부는 상기 샤프트에 감긴 와이어 로프를 풀어내림에 따라, 상기 방화도어는 일측 힌지를 기준으로 타측 하단부가 하강 회전하여 실내 통로를 차단시켜 긴급상황(화재 등)의 피해 확산을 방지하고, 역으로 상기 샤프트로 와이어 로프를 감아당겨 상기 방화도어를 천장으로 복귀하게 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
