CIP Cast in placed pile wall construction method
Disclosed is a CIP wall constructing method. According to the present invention, in the CIP wall constructing method in which a plurality of H-beam-shaped steel piles are installed vertically for construction of an underground structure, between the H-beam-shaped steel piles, a reinforced wall mixed with cement and a solidifying material is constructed, not a reinforced beam pile. Therefore, a problem caused by delay in a construction time and increase in a construction cost due to the construction of reinforcing steel piles can be solved. In addition, since the ground is drilled and the reinforced wall is filled at the same time as agitation construction, a construction period is greatly shortened. Moreover, since an ordering process can be omitted, the construction cost due to simplification of the process can be greatly reduced. Furthermore, strength of a CIP wall can be greatly improved by the reinforced wall made of a mixture of the solidifying material and the cement. The CIP wall constructing method of the present invention comprises: an H-beam section steel pile construction step (S1); a ground drilling and stirring step (S2); and an earth wall construction step (S3).
본 발명은 지하구축물 시공을 위해 H빔형강파일을 복수개 수직 입설하여 시공하는 CIP 벽체 시공방법에 있어서, H빔형강파일과 H빔형강파일 사이에 보강형강파일이 아닌 시멘트와 고화재가 혼합된 보강벽체를 시공함에 따라 보강형강파일을 시공함에 따른 시공시간의 지연과 시공비용의 증대에 따른 문제점을 해결할 수 있으며 지반을 천공함과 동시에 보강벽체를 채워 교반시공하기 때문에 공사기간을 크게 단축함은 물론 차수공정을 생략할 수 있어 공정의 단순화에 의한 공사비용을 크게 절감할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 고화재와 시멘트의 혼합으로 이루어진 보강벽체에 의해 CIP 벽체에 대한 견고성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있는 CIP 벽체 시공방법이 개시된다.
