The present invention relates to a construction structure of a concrete wall with insulation materials. More specifically, provided is a construction structure of a concrete wall with insulation materials, wherein the load of stacked insulation materials can be supported, deformation of and damage to the insulation materials can be prevented during a construction process, and a gap between inner and outer insulation materials can be supported firmly while being supported. The present invention can support a load applied to the insulation materials by inserting a steel wire horizontally between the high stacked insulation materials, can increase the strength to maintain the combined state without distortion, and can prevent deformation of and damage to the insulation materials even if the insulation materials are stacked high. In addition, the present invention can allow a steel wire installed on the inner and outer insulation materials and vertical and horizontal iron reinforcing rods configured on a concrete wall to be installed while intersecting with each other using a spacing maintaining plate, thereby integrating the same with the concrete wall to support the concrete wall and increasing the strength of supporting the stacked insulation materials.
본 발명은 단열재가 구성된 콘크리트 벽체의 시공구조에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로 적층된 단열재의 하중을 지지할 수 있고, 시공과정 중에 단열재의 변형과 파손을 방지할 수 있으며, 내외측단열체의 간격을 유지함과 동시에 견고히 지지할 수 있는 단열재가 구성된 콘크리트 벽체의 시공구조를 제공하고자 하는 것이다. 본 발명은 높게 적층된 단열재와 단열재 사이에 강선을 수평으로 내입하여 단열재에 가해지는 하중을 지지할 수 있고 뒤틀림 없이 결합상태를 유지할 수 있도록 강도를 높일 수 있고, 단열재를 높게 적층하더라도 단열재의 변형이나 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 것이다. 그리고 본 발명은 내외측단열체에 설치된 강선 및 콘크리트 벽체에 구성된 수직·수평철근을 간격유지판으로 교차되게 설치하여 콘크리트 벽체와 일체화 시켜 견고하게 지지할 수 있고, 더불어 적층된 단열재를 지지하는 강도를 상승시킬 수 있다.
