A tent installation structure for all seasons
The present invention relates to a tent for all seasons, which can be easily and simply constructed and removed since the tent for all seasons is installed to improve work efficiency of a worker and a user against heat caused by a direct beam in the summer and cold air caused by external exposure in the winter. The tent includes: a light shielding film of which four sides are sewed by loss prevention zigzag backstitch by using mono yarn for warp and mono film yarn for weft; and a fabric dually sewed on the upper side of the light shielding film, wherein the fabric is knitted with warp 12 and weft 12. The fabric is made of either 100 parts by weight of polypropylene resin or 100 parts by weight of polyethylene resin. Therefore, the tent dually has the light shielding film with permeability and the fabric having the effect of retaining warmth which maintains warmth and coolness in various environments. At the same time the tent can be used to correspond to a purpose of the user. The tent is simply manufactured. Accordingly, production costs are saved, and use quality is improved.
여름철 직사광선에 의한 열기 및 겨울철 외부노출에 의한 냉기에 의해 작업자 및 사용자의 작업효율성을 높일 수 있도록 설치할 수 있는 사계절 사용이 가능한 천막을 구비하여 쉽고 간편하게 시공 및 제거할 수 있는 사계절용 천막에 관한 것이다. 상기 천막은 경사는 모노사, 위사는 모노필름사를 이용하여 올풀림방지 지그재그 박음질로 4면 봉제된 차광막; 상기 차광막의 상측에는 폴리프로필렌 수지 100 중량부 또는 폴리에틸렌 수지 100 중량부를 선택적으로 사용한 경사 12, 위사 12로 편직된 원단이 이중으로 박음질 되도록 구비한다. 따라서 상기 천막은 통기성을 갖는 차광막과 보온 효과를 가지는 원단이 이중으로 구비되어 다양한 환경에서 보온 및 보냉 효과를 동시에 사용자의 사용 목적에 맞게 사용될 수 있는 이점이 있고, 상기 천막의 제조를 간편히 하여 제조에 따른 생산비용 절감 및 사용품질을 높일 수 있는 이점이 있는 등 그 이점이 있는 등 그 기대하는 바가 실로 다대한 발명이다.
