QUICK COUPLER FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT
The present invention relates to a quick coupler for heavy equipment, which minimizes the gap between a connection unit and a detachment unit when the detachment unit is rotatably coupled with respect to the connection unit, and enables the detachment unit to stably grip an attachment according to the action of hydraulic pressure. The quick coupler for heavy equipment comprises: the connection unit detachably coupled to an arm of the heavy equipment; the detachment unit which includes a detachable block detachably coupled with the attachment and spaced apart to face the connection unit, a movable hook rotatably coupled to one side of the detachable block and selecting whether a first pin is engaged or not, and a fixing hook provided on the other side of the detachable block and engaging a second pin; a hook drive unit which rotates the movable hook forward and reverse in the detachable block according to the action of hydraulic pressure; a rotation unit which rotatably couples the detachment unit based on the connection unit; and a safety unit which maintains the engagement state of at least one of the first pin and the second pin when the attachment is coupled to the detachment unit.
본 발명은 연결유닛을 기준으로 탈착유닛이 회전 가능하게 결합될 때, 연결유닛과 탈착유닛 사이의 간격을 최소화하고, 유압의 작용에 따라 탈착유닛이 어태치먼트를 안정되게 파지하도록 하는 중장비용 퀵커플러에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 중장비용 퀵커플러는 중장비의 암대에 탈부착 가능하게 결합되는 연결유닛과, 어태치먼트와 탈부착 가능하게 결합되되 연결유닛과 마주보도록 이격 배치되는 탈착블럭과 탈착블럭의 일측에 회전 가능하게 결합되어 제1핀의 걸림 결합 여부를 선택하는 가동후크와 탈착블럭의 타측에 구비되어 제2핀이 걸림 결합되는 고정후크를 포함하는 탈착유닛과, 유압의 작용에 따라 탈착블럭에서 가동후크를 정역 회전시키는 후크구동유닛과, 연결유닛을 기준으로 탈착유닛을 회전 가능하게 결합시키는 회전유닛과, 어태치먼트가 탈착유닛에 결합될 때 제1핀과 제2핀 중 적어도 어느 하나의 걸림 결합 상태를 유지시키는 안전유닛을 포함한다.
