Installed pipe structure installed in transfer layer of building and construction method thereof
The present invention relates to a facility pipe structure constructed at the transfer story of a building and a construction method thereof, and more specifically, to a facility pipe which is constructed after vertically penetrating a transfer slab of a transfer story while being accommodated within a pipe duct installed at the outer side surface of the wall body of an upper story unit of the transfer story of the building. In order to prevent the facility pipe, penetrating the transfer slab, from interfering the transfer beam of the lower unit of the transfer story, a bending unit bent at a predetermined angle is formed at the facility pipe, while the bending unit is formed at the upper story unit of the transfer story. Therefore, according to the facility pipe structure constructed at the transfer story of a building of the present invention, while the transfer story of the building is constructed, the transfer slab and the transfer beam may be constructed in a construction method which is identical to prior art. Here, the facility pipe constructed at the transfer story is constructed after being bent at a predetermined angle at the upper side of the transfer slab, so as to prevent the facility pipe penetrating the transfer slab from interfering the transfer beam. Therefore, the floor level may be decreased.
본 발명은 건축물의 전이층에 시공되는 설비 배관 구조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 건축물 전이층의 상층부 벽체의 외측면에 설치된 파이프 덕트 내에 수용되는 상태로 전이층의 전이슬래브를 상하로 관통하여 시공되는 설비 배관으로서, 전이슬래브를 관통하는 설비 배관이 전이층의 하층부 전이보에 비간섭 되도록 설비 배관에는 일정 각도로 구부러진 벤딩부가 형성되며, 벤딩부는 전이층의 상층부에서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 건축물의 전이층에 시공되는 설비 배관 구조에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 건축물의 전이층을 시공하는데 있어서, 전이슬래브와 전이보를 기존과 동일한 시공방법으로 시공하되, 전이층에 시공되는 설비 배관이 전이슬래브의 상측에서 일정 각도로 구부러져 시공되기 때문에 전이슬래브를 관통하는 설비 배관이 전이보에 비간섭될 수 있다.
