A dishwashing machine with an automatically opening and closing door according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an upper member having a first space for accommodating and washing dishes; a lower member having a second space for accommodating an operational circuit which generates an operational signal for washing the dishes and a termination signal for terminating washing if washing time is completed; a handle connected to both sides of the upper member through a connection member and disposed in the form of surrounding the front surface, the rear surface, and both sides of the upper member; an electric motor electrically connected to the operational circuit and provided to penetrate the rear surface of the lower member and protrude from the rear surface of the lower member; a saw-toothed member which is coupled to the rotating part of the electric motor to rotate together with the rotational movement of the rotating part and in which first saw teeth are formed on the outer surface; and a rod member which has one side connected to the handle and in which second saw teeth engaged with the first saw teeth are formed on one side so as to perform linear movement up and down according to the rotation of the rotating part, therefore, if the operational signal or the termination signal is generated, the electric motor is driven, the saw-toothed member rotates according to the rotation of the rotating part in one direction, the rod member is lowered while the first saw teeth are engaged with the second saw teeth to rotate according to the rotation of the saw-toothed member, the rear side part of the handle is lowered to move the upper member upward, and then the first space is exposed to the outside. The dishwashing machine can be conveniently used.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 도어가 자동으로 개폐되는 식기 세척기는 식기들이 내부에 수납되어 세척되는 제1 공간이 형성되어 있는 상부 부재, 식기들이 세척되도록 하는 동작 신호 및 세척 시간이 완료되면 세척을 종료하는 종료 신호를 생성하는 동작 회로가 수납되어 있는 제2 공간이 형성되어 있는 하부 부재, 연결 부재를 통해서 상기 상부 부재의 양 측면과 연결되고, 상기 상부 부재의 전면, 후면, 및 양 측면을 둘러싼 형태로 배치되는 손잡이, 상기 동작 회로와 전기적으로 연결되고, 상기 하부 부재의 후면을 관통하여, 상기 하부 부재의 후면으로부터 돌출되어 구비되는 전동 모터, 상기 전동 모터의 회전부에 결착되어 상기 회전부의 회전 운동에 따라 회전하고, 외면에 제1 톱니가 형성된 톱니 부재, 및 일측이 상기 손잡이와 연결되고, 일측면에 상기 제1 톱니와 맞물리는 제2 톱니가 형성되어, 상기 회전부가 회전함에 따라 상하로 직선 운동하는 막대 부재를 포함하고, 상기 동작 신호 또는 종료 신호가 생성되면 상기 전동 모터의 동작으로 상기 회전부가 일 방향으로 회전함에 따라 상기 톱니 부재가 회전하고, 상기 톱니 부재가 회전함에 상기 제1 톱니 및 상기 제2 톱니가 맞물려 돌아가면서 상기 막대 부재가 하강하여 상기 손잡이의 후면부가 하강함에 따라 상기 상부 부재가 상측으로 이동하여 상기 제1 공간이 외부에 노출된다.
