The present invention relates to a hinge unit coupling structure of a door. The hinge unit coupling structure of a door comprises: an upper door frame which forms an upper portion of a door frame; a hinge unit which is installed inside the upper door frame and rotates a hinge shaft protruding from a lower portion thereof when an open door is closed so that the door is closed in accordance with the rotation of the hinge shaft; and a detachable plate which supports the hinge unit and allows the hinge unit to be detachably installed inside the upper door frame. The upper door frame includes: an upper plate horizontally located on an upper end; a first side plate located perpendicularly to a left end of the upper plate; a second side plate located perpendicular to a right end of the upper plate and positioned parallel to the first side plate; a first protruding piece protruding from a lower end of the first side plate toward the second side plate; and a second protruding piece protruding from a lower end of the second side plate toward the first side plate. The hinge unit passes between the first protruding piece and the second protruding piece formed in a lower portion of the upper door frame while installed on an upper surface of the detachable plate and is fitted upward to be coupled to the upper door frame or pulled out downwards to be separated from the upper door frame. Accordingly, the hinge unit which provides a door restorative force can be easily assembled to or separated from the upper door frame. Therefore, the hinge unit can be easily installed and easily maintained and repaired.
본 발명은 도어의 힌지유닛 결합구조에 관한 것으로서, 문틀의 상부를 이루는 상부문틀프레임; 상기 상부문틀프레임의 내부에 설치되어 개방된 문짝이 닫힐 때, 하부에 돌출되어 설치된 힌지축을 회전시켜 상기 힌지축의 회전과 함께 상기 문짝이 닫히도록 하는 힌지유닛; 및 상기 힌지유닛을 지지하고, 상기 힌지유닛이 상기 상부문틀프레임의 내부에 착탈 가능하게 설치되도록 하는 착탈판;을 포함하고, 상기 상부문틀프레임은, 상단에 수평하도록 위치하는 상판; 상기 상판의 좌측 단부에 수직되어 위치하는 제1측판; 상기 상판의 우측 단부에 수직되어 위치하고, 상기 제1측판과 평행하도록 위치하는 제2측판; 상기 제1측판의 하단에서 상기 제2측판 방향으로 돌출형성되는 제1돌출편; 및 상기 제2측판의 하단에서 상기 제1측판 방향으로 돌출형성되는 제2돌출편;을 구비하고, 상기 힌지유닛은 상기 착탈판의 상면에 설치된 상태에서 상기 상부문틀프레임의 하부에 형성한 상기 제1돌출편과 상기 제2돌출편의 사이를 관통하여, 위쪽으로 끼워져서 상기 상부문틀프레임에 결합되거나, 아래쪽으로 빼내져서 상기 상부문틀프레임으로부터 분리가 가능한 것이며, 도어의 복귀력을 제공하는 힌지유닛을 상부문틀프레임에 쉽게 조립 또는 분리가 가능하도록 하여, 힌지유닛의 설치가 용이하고 유지보수가 쉬워지는 이점이 있다.
The present invention relates to a hinge unit coupling structure of a door. The hinge unit coupling structure of a door comprises: an upper door frame which forms an upper portion of a door frame; a hinge unit which is installed inside the upper door frame and rotates a hinge shaft protruding from a lower portion thereof when an open door is closed so that the door is closed in accordance with the rotation of the hinge shaft; and a detachable plate which supports the hinge unit and allows the hinge unit to be detachably installed inside the upper door frame. The upper door frame includes: an upper plate horizontally located on an upper end; a first side plate located perpendicularly to a left end of the upper plate; a second side plate located perpendicular to a right end of the upper plate and positioned parallel to the first side plate; a first protruding piece protruding from a lower end of the first side plate toward the second side plate; and a second protruding piece protruding from a lower end of the second side plate toward the first side plate. The hinge unit passes between the first protruding piece and the second protruding piece formed in a lower portion of the upper door frame while installed on an upper surface of the detachable plate and is fitted upward to be coupled to the upper door frame or pulled out downwards to be separated from the upper door frame. Accordingly, the hinge unit which provides a door restorative force can be easily assembled to or separated from the upper door frame. Therefore, the hinge unit can be easily installed and easily maintained and repaired.
