FIXING APPARATUS FOR MAINTAINING SPACE OF FORMWORK
The present invention relates to a fixing device for maintaining an interval between molds. The fixing device for maintaining an interval between molds comprises: a sepa tie (110) inserted into a mold; a mounting part (130) fixed to a frame of an outer mold; and a detachable part (120) provided to couple or decouple the sepa tie (110) and the mounting part (130). The detachable part (120) comprises: a detachable case (121) provided to accommodate a connection portion between a coupling part (111) of the sepa tie (110) and the mounting part (130); a first clamp (122) and a second clamp (125) built into the detachable case (121) to control the coupling part (111) of the sepa tie (110) and formed in a shape of a cone divided into two pieces mutually opposite to each other to be caught in the direction of a front side of the detachable case (121); and a first string (129) built into a rear side of the detachable case (121) and configured to elastically support the first clamp (122) and the second clamp (120) toward the front side. The mounting part (130) includes: a mounting base (133) provided in a plate shape forming a central shaft hole (131) and configured to couple and mount a pair of mounting pieces (132) to the outer mold; and a support shaft part (136) axially coupled to the central shaft hole (131) of the mounting base (133) and fixed to a rear end of the detachable case (121) to be operated integrally with the same. Accordingly, a simpler and more robust detachable structure can be formed.
본 발명은 거푸집 간격유지용 고정장치에 관한 발명으로, 거푸집에 삽입되는 세파타이(110)와, 외측 거푸집의 프레임에 고정하는 장착부(130)와, 세파타이(110)와 장착부(130) 사이를 결합 및 분리 가능하도록 구비하는 착탈부(120)를 구비하는 거푸집 간격유지용 고정장치에 있어서, 착탈부(120)는, 세파타이(110)의 결합부(111)와 장착부(130) 간의 연결부위를 수용하도록 구비하는 착탈케이스(121)와, 착탈케이스(121)에 내장하여 세파타이(110)의 결합부(111)를 단속하되, 상호 대향하는 2분할된 원추 형상으로 형성하여 착탈케이스(121)의 선측 방향으로 걸림되도록 구비하는 제1클램프(122) 및 제2클램프(125)와, 착탈케이스(121)의 후측에 내장하여 제1클램프(122) 및 제2클램프(125)를 선측 방향으로 탄성적으로 지지하도록 구비하는 제1스프링(129)을 포함하고, 장착부(130)는, 중심축공(131)을 형성하는 판상으로 구비하고 외측 거푸집에 장착하는 한 쌍의 장착편(132)을 결합하여 거푸집에 장착하는 장착베이스(133)와, 장착베이스(133)의 중심축공(131)에 축결합하고 착탈케이스(121)의 후단에 고정하여 일체로 작동하도록 구비하는 지지축부(136)를 포함하여 구성함에 따라 보다 간편하고 견고한 착탈 구조를 형성하는 것이 특징이다.

The present invention relates to a fixing device for maintaining an interval between molds.
