A slat blinds
The present invention relates to a slat blind in which a tilting angle is adjusted according to a user's operation and a tilting operation clearly is performed, comprising: a blind housing; a tilting body coupled to the blind housing; a spiral winding roll screwed to the tilting body; a tilting clutch wheel sliding key-coupled to the spiral winding roll; a clutch coil spring regulating clutch engagement according to tightening or loosening of the tilting clutch wheel; a tilting towing wheel engaged or released to the tilting clutch wheel; a tilting slip control wheel capable of releasing the clutch engagement of the clutch coil spring; a tilting slip induction key releasing the clutch by limiting rotation of the tilting slip control wheel when the tilting slip control wheel rotates more than a set angle; a driving pipe key-coupled with the spiral winding roll; a driving motor provided inside the driving pipe; blind slats provided in a lower part of the blind housing; a blind bottom bar supporting the blind slats; a lifting line bound to a lower end of the blind bottom bar; and a tilting line bound to both sides of the blind bottom bar and the blind slats.
본 발명은 슬랫 블라인드에 관한 것으로서, 사용자의 조작에 따라 틸팅각으로 조절하고 틸팅조작이 명확하게 이루어지도록 함을 목적으로 한다. 즉, 본 발명은 슬랫 블라인드에 있어서, 내부에 블라인드의 승하강 및 틸팅을 위한 구동공간을 형성할 수 있게 구비되는 블라인드하우징과 상기 블라인드하우징에 겹합 구속되게 구비되는 틸팅몸체, 상기 틸팅몸체에 나사결합되게 결합되는 나선권취롤, 상기 나선권취롤에 슬라이딩 키 결합되어 연동회동되게 구비되는 틸팅클러치휠, 상기 틸팅클러치휠에 조임 또는 풀림에 따라 클러치 결속이 단속되게 구비되는 클러치코일스프링, 상기 틸팅클러치휠에 클러치코일스프링에 의하여 전동 결속 또는 해제되며 틸팅 회동게 구비되는 틸팅견인휠, 상기 틸팅클러치휠에 클러치코일스프링을 풀림 가동시켜 클러치코일스프링의 클러치 결속이 해제시킬 수 있게 구비되는 틸팅슬립조작휠, 상기 틸팅몸체에 틸팅슬립조작휠이 설정각 이상 회전되면 회전을 제한하여 틸팅슬립조작휠의 클러치 해제 동작시킬 수 있게 구비되는 틸팅슬립유도키, 상기 블라인드하우징에 나선권취롤과 키 결합되어 회동시킬 수 있게 구비되는 구동관, 상기 구동관 내부에 회전력을 유발할 수 있게 구비되는 구동모터, 상기 블라인드하우징 하부에 등 간격으로 구비되는 블라인드슬랫, 상기 블라인드슬랫 하단에 웨이트에 의한 전개력과 승강시 블라인드슬랫을 받쳐 올릴 수 있게 구비되는 블라이드하단바, 상기 블라인드하단바에 하단이 결속되어서 상단이 나선권취롤에 권취 권해되게 구비되는 승강줄 및 상기 블라인드하단바와 블라인드슬랫의 양측에 결속되어 상단이 틸팅견인휠에 결속되게 구비되는 틸팅줄로 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 본 발명은 사용자의 조작에 따라 틸팅각을 조절할 수 있는 효과와 틸팅조작이 명확하게 이루어지는 효과를 갖는 것이다.
