METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING NO_SUPPORT MORD
The present invention relates to a construction method of a lightweight non-reinforced formwork. The construction method of the lightweight non-reinforced formwork according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first step of assembling a unit formwork structure by combining the formwork with a girder; a second step of lifting the unit formwork structure and installing the same on a pier; a third step of injecting a heat insulating material into at least a part of the formwork structure; a fourth step of coupling a coupler to at least the part of the formwork structure; a fifth step of pouring concrete into the formwork structure; and a sixth step of curing the concrete poured into the formwork structure. An objective of the present invention is to solve a problem of a prior art which had a high risk of an accident.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 경량 무지보 거푸집의 시공 방법은 거더에 거푸집을 결합해 단위 거푸집 구조물을 조립하는 제1단계, 단위 거푸집 구조물을 인양하여 교각 위에 설치하는 제2단계, 거푸집 구조물 중 적어도 일부에 단열재를 주입하는 제3단계, 거푸집 구조물 중 적어도 일부에 커플러를 결합하는 제4단계, 거푸집 구조물에 콘크리트를 타설하는 제5단계, 거푸집 구조물에 타설된 콘크리트를 양생하는 제6단계를 포함한다.
