Eco-friendly cork tile and method for manufacturing the same
The present invention relates to eco-friendly cork tiles and a method for producing the same. Eco-friendly cork tiles are produced through: a cork mixing step of preparing a cork mixture by mixing a plurality of cork chips and a binder; a modification step of modifying respective rubber particles in a manner of grinding the plurality of rubber particles so as to produce a modified rubber material including the plurality of modified rubber particles; and a molding step of preparing cork tiles by molding the cork mixture prepared in the cork mixing step and the modified rubber material produced in the modification step into a tile shape using a press machine. Accordingly, the eco-friendly cork tiles obtained with minimal use of the binder can be provided.
친환경 코르크 타일 및 그것의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 다수의 코르크칩과 바인더를 혼합하여 코르크혼합물을 제조하는 코르크혼합단계, 다수의 고무입자를 분쇄하는 방식으로 각 고무입자를 개질함으로써 개질된 다수의 고무입자를 포함하는 고무개질물을 제조하는 개질단계, 및 코르크혼합단계에서 제조된 코르크혼합물과 개질단계에서 제조된 고무개질물을 프레스 기기를 사용하여 타일 형태로 성형함으로써 코르크 타일을 제조하는 성형단계를 거쳐 친환경 코르크 타일을 제조함으로써 바인더를 최소한으로 사용한 친환경 코르크 타일을 제공할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to eco-friendly cork tiles and a method for producing the same.
