Building integrated photo voltaic roof
The present invention provides a building-integrated photovoltaic generation roof, which comprises: a plurality of forming rails (20) installed along a fixing clip (10), which are installed on an upper surface of an adjacent fixing bar (1), while being spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals, which are formed with an insertion end (21) formed at each center portion thereof and inserted into a protrusion end (11) of the fixing clip (11) at a predetermined vertical height, which have first and second partition walls (23, 25) formed at both left and right end portions thereof, respectively, and which are provided with first and second drainage paths (24, 26) in which a lower portion thereof is seated on first and second seating ends (13, 15) of the fixing clip (10), respectively, between the insertion end (21) and the first and second partition walls (23, 25); a plurality of mounting clamps (30) which are coupled to the forming rails (20) while being spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals, which have separation ends (31) protruding from upper center portions thereof, respectively, which have first and second holding ends (32, 33) formed at left and right sides of the separation ends (31), respectively, and which are formed at lower left and right portions thereof with first and second coupling ends (35, 36) closely coupled to an outer surface of the insertion end (21) of the forming rails (20), respectively; a plurality of photovoltaic panels (40) which are seated and installed on the first holding end (32) of one side mount clamp (30) and the second holding end (33) of the other side mount clamp (38), which are adjacent and face each other, respectively; and a finishing bar (50) which seals a gap between an edge portion of a photovoltaic panel (40) at one side thereof and an edge portion of a photovoltaic panel (40) at the other side thereof, which are installed while being seated on the first and second holding ends (32, 33), respectively, with each separation end (31) interposed therebetween. According to the present invention, it is possible to perform rapid construction without a separate leak treatment work.
본 발명은, 상호 간에 일정 간격 이격되어 인접하는 고정바(1)의 상면에 설치된 고정클립(10)을 따라 설치되는 복수 개로 이루어지되, 각각의 중앙부위에는 고정클립(10)의 돌출단(11)에 삽입되는 일정 수직 높이의 삽입단(21)이 형성되고, 좌우 양단부위 각각에는 제1, 2격벽(23, 25) 각각이 형성되며, 삽입단(21)과 제1, 2격벽(23, 25) 각 사이에는 하면부위가 고정클립(10)의 제1, 2안치단(13, 15) 각각에 안치되는 제1, 2배수로(24, 26)가 마련되는 포밍레일(20); 상호 간에 일정 간격 이격되어 포밍레일(20)에 결합되는 복수 개로 이루어지되, 각각의 상측 중앙부위에는 분리단(31)이 돌출 형성되며, 분리단(31)의 좌우 각각에는 제1, 2거치단(32, 33)이 형성되고, 하측 좌우부위 각각은 포밍레일(20)의 삽입단(21)의 외면에 밀착 결합되는 제1, 2결합단(35, 36)이 형성되는 마운트클램프(30); 인접하며 상호 대향하는 일측 마운트클램프(30)의 제1거치단(32)과 타측 마운트클램프(38)의 제2거치단(33) 각각에 안치되어 설치되는 복수 개의 태양광패널(40); 각 분리단(31)을 사이에 두고 제1, 2거치단(32, 33) 각각에 안치되어 설치되는 일측 태양광패널(40)의 모서리부위 및 타측 태양광패널(40)의 모서리부위 사이 간격을 밀폐하는 마감바(50);를 포함하는 건물 일체형 태양광 발전지붕을 제공한다.

The present invention provides a building-integrated photovoltaic generation roof, which comprises: a plurality of forming rails (20) installed along a fixing clip (10), which are installed on an upper surface of an adjacent fixing bar (1), while being spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals, which are formed with an insertion end (21) formed at each center portion thereof and inserted into a protrusion end (11) of the fixing clip (11) at a predetermined vertical height, which have first and second partition walls (23, 25) formed at both left and right end portions thereof, respectively, and which are provided with first and second drainage paths (24, 26) in which a lower portion thereof is seated on first and second seating ends (13, 15) of the fixing clip (10), respectively, between the insertion end (21) and the first and second partition walls (23, 25); a plurality of mounting clamps (30) which are coupled to the forming rails (20) while being spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals, which have separation ends (31) protruding from upper center portions thereof, respectively, which have first and second holding ends (32, 33) formed at left and right sides of the separation ends (31), respectively, and which are formed at lower left and right portions thereof with first and second coupling ends (35, 36) closely coupled to an outer surface of the insertion end (21) of the forming rails (20), respectively; a plurality of photovoltaic panels (40) which are seated and installed on the first holding end (32) of one side mount clamp (30) and the second holding end (33) of the other side mount clamp (38), which are adjacent and face each other, respectively; and a finishing bar (50) which seals a gap between an edge portion of a photovoltaic panel (40) at one side thereof and an edge portion of a photovoltaic panel (40) at the other side thereof, which are installed while being seated on the first and second holding ends (32, 33), respectively, with each separation end (31) interposed therebetween. According to the present invention, it is possible to perform rapid construction without a separate leak treatment work.
