Disclosed is a method for constructing a dual-pipe structure for a washbasin. The method for constructing a dual-pipe structure for a washbasin, which is provided to construct a dual-pipe structure for a washbasin by being connected with a washbasin through a trap for drainage, includes the following steps of: (a) fixing a through sleeve to an area for forming an inter-floor floor of a bathroom, and then integrating the through sleeve with the inter-floor floor of the bathroom by placing concrete; (b) inserting and fixing one end of a dual-pipe, which has one end connectable to the trap and has the other end connectable to the through sleeve, into the upper side of the through sleeve; (c) installing a side mold to form a concrete structural wall in the bathroom; and (d) integrating the concrete structural wall of the bathroom, the dual-pipe, the inter-floor floor of the bathroom, and the through sleeve with each other by placing concrete into the side mold. In accordance with the present invention, since the dual-pipe structure can be buried and installed through concrete placement for forming a concrete structural wall of a bathroom without the need for separate masonry work, the method can reduce manpower from workers due to the obviation of masonry work and can shorten construction time as well as can reduce construction costs.
세면기용 이중배관 구조체의 시공방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 세면기용 이중배관 구조체의 시공방법은, 세면기와 트랩을 통해 연결되어 배수하기 위한 세면기용 이중배관 구조체를 시공하는 방법으로서, (a) 욕실의 층간 바닥을 형성하기 위한 영역에 관통 슬리브를 고정한 후, 콘크리트를 타설하여 욕실의 층간 바닥과 상기 관통 슬리브를 일체화하는 단계; (b) 일단은 상기 트랩에 연결 가능하고 타단은 상기 관통 슬리브에 연결 가능하게 이루어진 이중배관의 타단을 상기 관통 슬리브의 상측에 삽입 고정하는 단계; (c) 욕실의 콘크리트 구조벽체를 형성하기 위한 측면 거푸집을 설치하는 단계; 및 (d) 상기 측면 거푸집으로 콘크리트를 타설하여 욕실의 콘크리트 구조벽체, 상기 이중배관, 상기 욕실의 층간 바닥 및 상기 관통 슬리브를 서로 일체화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 별도의 조적작업을 실시하지 않고, 욕실의 콘크리트 구조벽체를 형성하기 위한 콘크리트 타설을 통해 이중배관 구조체를 매립 설치할 수 있으므로, 조적작업 생략에 따른 작업자의 노동력을 절감하고 시공시간을 단축할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 시공비용 또한 절감 가능하다.
