A lot of money was invested and manpower or ships were used to collect wastes, and wastes are not collected well depending on the season, so that recycling is also unsatisfactory due to decomposition and odor. If decomposition occurs, a collecting net of the present invention is applied to rivers first, and collects wastes throughout the year, except for the winter. As explained above, the collecting net is a detachably installed collecting net and in the sea, due to the flood and ebb tides, wastes are washed up at high tide and caught in the collecting net at low tide. In rivers, using flowing water to collect wastes throughout the year is more cost-effective and superior in terms of recycling.
오폐기물을 수거하는데 인력 또는 배를 이용, 많은 비용을 투자하였고 계절에 따라 오폐기물 수거가 잘 되지 않아 부패와 악취가 진동하여 재활용 이용에도 만족치 못하고 있다. 부패한다면 강 하천이 먼저이며 월동에만 피하고 연중 수거하는 것이다. 전에 설명인즉 수거망을 이탈착 설치가 가능한 수거망으로 바다에서는 조수의 밀물과 썰물로 밀물에 오폐기물은 밀려왔다가 썰물에서는 수거망에 걸린다. 강 하천에서는 흐르는 유수를 이용, 연중 수거하는 것이 보다 비용도 절감되고 재활용 차원에도 월등한 것이다.
