Multi-purpose prefab block
The present invention relates to a multipurpose prefabricated block which can be used in various industrial fields in which high durability is required by a simple and sturdy coupling structure to be assembled on a plane and in three dimensions. A plurality of reinforcing bars and a wire mesh are coupled on the inside, and a block made of concrete is built in a rectangular shape on the outside. A plurality of connection housings for connection with adjacent different blocks are separated and coupled on the front and rear surfaces and both sides of the block. Both ends of tightening bolts with tightened nuts are coupled to both ends of connection housings coupled to two adjacent blocks to face each other to gradually bring the two separated blocks closer and couple the two blocks when the tightening bolts are rotated. Therefore, the present invention can easily couple a plurality of prefabricated blocks having a simple rectangular shape vertically and horizontally to build waterways and fishing banks of three-dimensional shapes in various widths and shapes as well as vehicle blocks and sidewalk blocks of planar shapes to have the convenient effect of being used in various industrial fields. Also, two adjacent blocks can be firmly and easily coupled by a simple operation of rotating tightening bolts of which both ends are screwed to nuts fixed on the inside of connection housings to be used in a field in which high durability is required, and construction time can be shortened by a simple assembly process to have a more economic effect.
본 발명은 평면과 입체로 조립할 수 있는 단순하고 견고한 결합구조에 의해 높은 내구성이 요구되는 더욱 다양한 산업분야에 활용할 수 있는 다용도 조립식 블록에 관한 것으로, 내측에는 복수의 철근 및 철망이 결합되고, 외측에는 콘크리트로 구성된 블록이 직사각형의 형상으로 구성되되, 상기 블록의 전면 및 후면과, 양 측면에는 인접한 다른 블록과 서로 연결하기 위한 복수의 연결하우징이 간격을 이루며 결합되고, 인접한 두 개의 블록에 서로 대향하게 결합된 연결하우징에는 양단에 너트가 결합된 조임볼트의 양단이 각각 결합되어 상기 조임볼트를 회전하면 이격된 두 개의 블록이 차츰 근접하며 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 직사각형의 단순한 형상으로 이루어진 복수의 조립식 블록을 상하, 좌우로 용이하게 결합함으로써 평면 형상인 차량블록 및 보도블록과 옹벽뿐만 아니라, 입체 형상인 수로 및 어초를 다양한 폭과 형상으로 구성할 수 있어 더욱 다양한 산업분야에 활용할 수 있는 편리한 효과가 있다. 또한, 연결하우징의 내측에 고정된 너트에 양단이 나사 결합된 조임볼트를 회전시키는 단순한 조작에 의해 인접한 두 개의 블록을 견고하고 용이하게 결합함으로써 높은 내구성이 요구되는 분야에도 활용할 수 있으며, 단순한 조립공정에 의해 시공시간을 단축할 수 있어 더욱 경제적인 효과가 있다.
