WORK LADDER FOR SUSPEND INSULATOR OF POWER-TRANSMISSION LINE
According to the present invention, a work ladder can be stably fixed without shaking by a rotor which is rotated when there is no tension and is not rotated anymore by tension when tension is received when hanging a hook-shaped stator on one side of a power transmission line or a steel tower between the hook-shaped stator and an upper ladder part to shorten work time while increasing the position stability of a worker and prevent accidents of ground workers caused by a fall of equipment. Also, a dial lock for adjusting the length (height) is installed between the upper ladder part and a middle ladder part, and a hinge for folding or unfolding the work ladder is installed between the middle ladder part and a lower ladder part to reduce the volume of the work ladder to a minimum when rope climbing to the power transmission line of the steel tower or during transport and storage on the ground and expand the work ladder to a maximum volume when hanging the work ladder on one side of the power transmission line or the steel tower after rope climbing to improve work conditions. Also, the work ladder has a structure in which the hook-shaped stator and a ring-shaped stator installed on both ends of the work ladder to be hung on one side of the power transmission line and one side of the steel tower are connected by a ground wire to prevent grounding accidents and electric shock accidents through the work ladder.
본 발명의 작업용 사다리는 상부 사다리부와 후크형 고정자의 사이에 후크형 고정자를 철탑 또는 송전선의 일측에 걸어줄 때 장력이 없을 때 회전되고 장력을 받을 때 장력에 의해 더 이상 회전되지 않는 회전자에 의해서 작업용 사다리가 흔들림없이 안정적으로 위치 고정될 수 있으므로 작업자의 자세 안정성을 높이면서 작업시간을 단축함은 물론 장비 추락에 의한 지상 작업자의 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있고, 또한 상부 사다리부와 중부 사다리부의 사이에 길이(높이)를 조절할 수 있는 다이얼락이 설치되고, 중부 사다리부와 하부 사다리부의 사이에 작업용 사다리를 접거나 펼칠 수 있는 경첩이 설치되어 있으므로 철탑의 송전선로까지 승주 또는 지상에서 운반 및 보관 시 작업용 사다리를 최소부피로 축소시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 승주 후 철탑 또는 송전선의 일측에 걸어줄 때 작업용 사다리를 최대부피로 확대시킬 수 있으므로, 작업여건을 개선할 수 있으며, 또한 철탑의 일측과 송전선의 일측에 걸리도록 작업용 사다리의 양 끝단에 설치되는 후크형 고정자와 고리형 고정자를 접지선으로 연결하는 구조이므로 작업용 사다리를 통한 작업자의 감전사고 및 접지사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있다.
