PCC composition for self-healing cracks
The present invention relates to: a powder compacted capsule (PCC) composition for self-healing cracks in hardened cement paste; a method for producing a PCC; and a self-healing mortar including the PCC. The present invention provides a PCC composition which comprises: powder in which one or more admixtures of blast furnace slag powder and fly ash are mixed with cement; and 2.0-3.0 wt% of a water reducing agent added with respect to the powder, wherein mixing water is mixed in a way that a ratio of water and the powder is 5-20 wt%. According to the present invention, the PCC is added to mortar or a concrete composition to contribute to improving the compressive strength by age and strengthening the self-healing ability for cracks.
본 발명은 시멘트 경화체의 균열 자기 치유용 분말 압축 캡슐(PCC; Powder Compacted Capsule) 조성물, 분말 압축 캡슐의 제조방법 및 분말 압축 캡슐을 포함한 자기 치유 모르타르에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「시멘트에 고로슬래그 미분말 및 플라이애시 중 어느 한 가지 이상의 혼화재가 혼합된 분체; 및 상기 분체 대비 2.0~3.0 wt% 첨가된 감수제; 를 포함하고, 배합수를 물-분체비 5~20 wt%가 되도록 혼합한 것을 특징으로 하는 PCC(Powder Compacted Capsule) 조성물」을 제공한다.
