Panel fall prevention and descent stabilization device of defense door
The present invention relates to the panel fall prevention and descent stabilization device of a defense door, which allows a plurality of door panels to open and close the entrance of a building structure while being raised, lowered, and folded back and forth from the top. More specifically, the plurality of door panels are installed between guide posts provided on opposite sides of the entrance so that raising and lowering of the door panels is guided. Transfer chains connected to both upper portions of the door panels are engaged with the operating sprockets of opening and closing drive means installed on both sides of upper portions of the guide posts, and while the door panels are raised and lowered, the door panels are folded back and forth by upper and lower guide means to open and close the entrance of the building structure. The door panels (20) positioned up and down below both side portions of the rear surfaces of the door panels (20) are connected by wire connecting means (50) and are guided by raising and lowering toward guide rollers (60) provided in upper portions of the guide posts (10, 10'). Even when the transfer chains of the door panels are cut, the panel fall prevention and descent stabilization device can prevent fall of a door panel, can prevent lower portions of the door panels from shaking while rattling due to the influence of wind by pulling the lower portions of the door panels by the wire connecting means when the door panels are lowered while being unfolded in a folded state, and can stably guide lowering of the door panels while the vertical state thereof is maintained, thereby increasing the reliability of operation thereof.
본 발명은 다수의 도어 판넬이 승하강 및 상부에서 전후로 접이되면서 건축 구조물의 출입구를 개폐하는 디펜스 도어의 판넬 추락방지 및 하강 안정화 장치에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 상세하게는 출입구 양측의 가이드 포스트 사이에 복수의 도어 판넬을 승하강 안내되도록 설치하고, 상기 가이드 포스트 상부 양측에 설치된 개폐 구동수단의 작동 스프로켓에 도어 판넬 양측 상부로 연결되는 이송 체인을 감합시켜 도어 판넬을 승하강 이동시키면서 상부에서 상,하 가이드 수단에 의해 전후로 접이하여 건축 구조물의 출입구를 개폐하되, 상기 도어 판넬(20)의 배면 양 측방 하부에서 상,하로 위치하는 도어 판넬(20)을 와이어 연결 수단(50)으로 연결 설치하여 가이드 포스트(10)(10') 상부에서 가이드 롤러(60)에 승하강 안내되도록 하므로 도어 판넬의 이송 체인이 절단되어도 도어 판넬의 추락을 방지함은 물론 도어 판넬이 접이 상태에서 전개되면서 하강 이동시 와이어 연결 수단이 도어 판넬의 하부를 잡아 당겨주어 바람의 영향에도 도어 판넬 하부가 덜컹 거리면서 흔들림을 방지하고 수직 상태를 유지하여 안정적으로 하강 유도하므로 장치의 작동 신뢰성을 우수하게 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다.

The present invention relates to the panel fall prevention and descent stabilization device of a defense door, which allows a plurality of door panels to open and close the entrance of a building structure while being raised, lowered, and folded back and forth from the top. More specifically, the plurality of door panels are installed between guide posts provided on opposite sides of the entrance so that raising and lowering of the door panels is guided. Transfer chains connected to both upper portions of the door panels are engaged with the operating sprockets of opening and closing drive means installed on both sides of upper portions of the guide posts, and while the door panels are raised and lowered, the door panels are folded back and forth by upper and lower guide means to open and close the entrance of the building structure. The door panels (20) positioned up and down below both side portions of the rear surfaces of the door panels (20) are connected by wire connecting means (50) and are guided by raising and lowering toward guide rollers (60) provided in upper portions of the guide posts (10, 10'). Even when the transfer chains of the door panels are cut, the panel fall prevention and descent stabilization device can prevent fall of a door panel, can prevent lower portions of the door panels from shaking while rattling due to the influence of wind by pulling the lower portions of the door panels by the wire connecting means when the door panels are lowered while being unfolded in a folded state, and can stably guide lowering of the door panels while the vertical state thereof is maintained, thereby increasing the reliability of operation thereof.
