DOOR HINGE WITH DAMPER FUCTION
The present invention relates to a door hinge, and more specifically, to a door hinge with a damping function which implements damping based on oil flow when a door is opened or closed, thereby providing a cushioning force upon the door's opening and ensuring stable closing of the door. In addition, the door hinge with a damping function allows a damping unit to work immediately due to rapid recovery of the damping unit even if the door is closed right after being opened, thereby enabling reliable opening and closing of the door. To this end, the door hinge with a damping function installed on a door comprises: a housing including a space portion formed therein with one open side and a housing cap inserted into the open side; a main spring provided in the space portion of the housing; a damper unit elastically supported by the main spring, and including a lower body having a first flow path in the center, an upper body inserted into the lower body and having a second flow path on an outer side and a third flow path in the center, and a checker having a plurality of openings, provided to be movable between the inside of the lower body and the upper body, and blocking the third flow path when moving to the upper body; a shaft protruding to one side of the housing through the housing cap, and installed in a door set to rotate when the door is opened or closed; and a cam unit provided between the shaft and the damper unit, and including an upper cam rotated in close contact with the shaft and having a first inclined surface on a lower side and a lower cam having a second inclined surface, which abuts on the first inclined surface, formed on an upper side.
본 발명은 도어 힌지에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 도어의 개폐시 오일 흐름에 따라 댐핑 기능이 구현되어, 도어의 열림 시 완충력이 가해지고, 도어의 닫힘이 안정적이며, 특히 댐퍼부의 빠른 복귀로 인해, 도어의 열림 후 바로 닫힘 동작을 하여도 댐퍼부가 바로 동작을 함으로써, 도어의 안정적인 개폐동작이 가능한 댐퍼 기능이 있는 도어 힌지에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 도어에 설치되는 것으로, 일측이 개방되도록 내부에 형성되는 공간부와 개방된 부분에 끼워지는 하우징 캡을 포함하는 하우징; 하우징의 공간부에 구비되는 메인 스프링; 메인 스프링에 의해 탄성 지지되는 것으로, 중심에 제1 유로가 형성된 하부바디, 하부바디에 끼워지며 외측에 제2 유로가 형성되고 중심에 제3 유로가 형성된 상부바디, 및 복수 개의 개구부가 형성되고 하부바디 내부에서 상부바디와의 사이로 이동 가능하게 구비되되 상부바디로 이동 시 제3 유로를 막는 첵커를 포함하는 댐퍼부; 하우징 캡을 관통하여 하우징 일측으로 돌출되고, 도어 세트에 설치되어 도어의 개폐시 회전하는 샤프트; 및 샤프트와 댐퍼부 사이에 구비되는 것으로, 샤프트에 밀착되어 회전되고 하부에 제1 경사면이 형성된 상부캠과, 제1 경사면에 맞닿는 제2 경사면이 상부에 형성된 하부캠을 포함하는 캠부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a door hinge, and more specifically, to a door hinge with a damping function which implements damping based on oil flow when a door is opened or closed, thereby providing a cushioning force upon the door's opening and ensuring stable closing of the door. In addition, the door hinge with a damping function allows a damping unit to work immediately due to rapid recovery of the damping unit even if the door is closed right after being opened, thereby enabling reliable opening and closing of the door. To this end, the door hinge with a damping function installed on a door comprises: a housing including a space portion formed therein with one open side and a housing cap inserted into the open side; a main spring provided in the space portion of the housing; a damper unit elastically supported by the main spring, and including a lower body having a first flow path in the center, an upper body inserted into the lower body and having a second flow path on an outer side and a third flow path in the center, and a checker having a plurality of openings, provided to be movable between the inside of the lower body and the upper body, and blocking the third flow path when moving to the upper body; a shaft protruding to one side of the housing through the housing cap, and installed in a door set to rotate when the door is opened or closed; and a cam unit provided between the shaft and the damper unit, and including an upper cam rotated in close contact with the shaft and having a first inclined surface on a lower side and a lower cam having a second inclined surface, which abuts on the first inclined surface, formed on an upper side.
본 발명은 도어 힌지에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 도어의 개폐시 오일 흐름에 따라 댐핑 기능이 구현되어, 도어의 열림 시 완충력이 가해지고, 도어의 닫힘이 안정적이며, 특히 댐퍼부의 빠른 복귀로 인해, 도어의 열림 후 바로 닫힘 동작을 하여도 댐퍼부가 바로 동작을 함으로써, 도어의 안정적인 개폐동작이 가능한 댐퍼 기능이 있는 도어 힌지에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 도어에 설치되는 것으로, 일측이 개방되도록 내부에 형성되는 공간부와 개방된 부분에 끼워지는 하우징 캡을 포함하는 하우징; 하우징의 공간부에 구비되는 메인 스프링; 메인 스프링에 의해 탄성 지지되는 것으로, 중심에 제1 유로가 형성된 하부바디, 하부바디에 끼워지며 외측에 제2 유로가 형성되고 중심에 제3 유로가 형성된 상부바디, 및 복수 개의 개구부가 형성되고 하부바디 내부에서 상부바디와의 사이로 이동 가능하게 구비되되 상부바디로 이동 시 제3 유로를 막는 첵커를 포함하는 댐퍼부; 하우징 캡을 관통하여 하우징 일측으로 돌출되고, 도어 세트에 설치되어 도어의 개폐시 회전하는 샤프트; 및 샤프트와 댐퍼부 사이에 구비되는 것으로, 샤프트에 밀착되어 회전되고 하부에 제1 경사면이 형성된 상부캠과, 제1 경사면에 맞닿는 제2 경사면이 상부에 형성된 하부캠을 포함하는 캠부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
