SOIL RETAINING WALL USING PHC PILE
The present invention relates to a jack push prevention structure capable of facilitating the use of a jack by installing a jack push prevention mechanism in a PHC pile construction method. In regard to a retaining wall using PHC piles, which is constructed by including a plurality of PHC piles (10) provided to be constructed in a line along a boundary surface of the ground, a furring strip (20) supporting the PHC piles (10) and a girder (30) installed at a predetermined distance on the furring strip (20), the jack push prevention structure includes: a through hole (11) formed on the PHC piles (10); a supporter (200) installed in the through hole (11) to protrude therefrom; and a jack push prevention plate (100) installed on front and rear sides of the furring strip (30), installed on an upper side of the supporter (110), to support a screw jack (4), wherein a lower end part of the jack push prevention plate (100) is hung on the supporter (200) to bear a load, and a body (110) of the jack push prevention plate (100) is fixed to the furring strip (30) by a bolt and a nut (310, 320).
본 발명은 PHC 파일말뚝 공법에서 잭 밀림방지기구를 설치하여 잭(Jack)사용이 용이하도록 한 잭 밀림방지구조로, 지반의 경계면을 따라 일렬로 시공되도록 마련되는 다수의 PHC파일(10); 및 상기 PHC파일(10)을 지지하는 띠장(20)과 상기 띠장(20)에 일정 간격으로 설치되는 지보(30)를 포함하여 시공되는 PHC파일을 이용한 흙막이 벽체에 있어서, 상기 PHC파일(10)에 형성되는 관통구멍(11) 및 상기 관통구멍(11)에 돌출되게 설치되는 지지대(200); 및 상기 지지대(110)의 상면에 설치되는 띠장(30)의 전후면에 스크류 잭(4)을 지지하기 위한 잭 밀림방지판(100)을 설치하되, 상기 잭 밀림방지판(100)의 하단부는 상기 지지대(200)에 걸쳐저 하중을 견딜 수 있도록 하고 상기 잭 밀림방지판(100)의 본체(110)는 볼트 및 너트(310,320)에 의해 상기 띠장(30)에 고정되도록 구성된다.
