Water leakage induction device for concrete structures
The present invention relates to a leaking water guide device for a concrete structure. A square opening part formed on an upper surface of a leaking water spout manufactured into an upward open body is tightly fixed to a concrete structure so as to wrap a water leak part of the corresponding concrete structure, and leaking water flowing along an inner slope part of the leaking water spout is collected into a reservoir part formed in the center of a floor surface. A leaking water guide pipe is connected to a drainpipe formed to protrude outwards from at least one leaking water guide hole bored on an inner wall of the reservoir part to discharge the leaking water collected in the reservoir part through a leaking water guide path and fully cover the leaking water spout with a cover. In accordance with the present invention, the leaking water spout is installed in the water leak part of the concrete structure and, in a state in which the corresponding leaking water spout is fully covered with the cover, another leaking water spout is additionally installed in an adjacent water leak part and, in a state in which the added leaking water spout is completely covered with another cover, the two adjacent covers are connected to each other and connected parts thereof are bonded to be waterproofed. Therefore, even when the range of the water leak part of the concrete structure is out of a range in which the part can be wrapped by one single leaking water guide device, a plurality of leaking water guide devices are connected to each other to solve a water leak issue. Moreover, the exterior thereof can be neat due to a structure in which the leaking water spout is fully covered with the cover.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물용 누수유도장치에 관한 것으로, 상부 개방형 통체로 제작된 누수물받이의 상면에 형성된 사각 개구부가 콘크리트 구조물의 누수부위를 둘러싸도록 해당 콘크리트 구조물에 밀착하여 고정되고 상기 누수물받이의 내면 경사부를 따라 흐르는 누수를 바닥면 중앙에 형성된 오목한 저수부에 수집하여 상기 저수부의 내측벽에 천공된 적어도 1개 이상의 누수유도구멍으로부터 외부를 향해 돌출 형성되어 있는 배수관에 누수유도관을 연결하여 상기 저수부에 수집된 누수를 누수유도 경로를 통해 배출하고 상기 누수물받이를 덮개로 완전히 덮는다. 본 발명에 따르면 콘크리트 구조물의 누수부위에 누수물받이를 설치하고 해당 누수물받이를 덮개로 완전히 덮은 상태에서 이웃하는 누수부위에 다른 누수물받이를 추가 설치하고 추가된 누수물받이를 다른 덮개로 완전히 덮은 상태에서 이웃하는 2개의 덮개를 서로 연결하고 그 연결부위는 접합하여 방수 밀봉하기 때문에 콘크리트 구조물의 누수부위 범위가 누수유도장치 하나로 둘러쌀 수 있는 범위를 벗어나는 경우에도 복수의 누수유도장치를 서로 연결하여 설치함으로써 누수문제를 해결할 수 있고, 덮개가 누수물받이를 완전히 덮는 구조이므로 외관이 깔끔하다.
Water leakage induction device for concrete structures
The present invention relates to a leaking water guide device for a concrete structure. A square opening part formed on an upper surface of a leaking water spout manufactured into an upward open body is tightly fixed to a concrete structure so as to wrap a water leak part of the corresponding concrete structure, and leaking water flowing along an inner slope part of the leaking water spout is collected into a reservoir part formed in the center of a floor surface. A leaking water guide pipe is connected to a drainpipe formed to protrude outwards from at least one leaking water guide hole bored on an inner wall of the reservoir part to discharge the leaking water collected in the reservoir part through a leaking water guide path and fully cover the leaking water spout with a cover. In accordance with the present invention, the leaking water spout is installed in the water leak part of the concrete structure and, in a state in which the corresponding leaking water spout is fully covered with the cover, another leaking water spout is additionally installed in an adjacent water leak part and, in a state in which the added leaking water spout is completely covered with another cover, the two adjacent covers are connected to each other and connected parts thereof are bonded to be waterproofed. Therefore, even when the range of the water leak part of the concrete structure is out of a range in which the part can be wrapped by one single leaking water guide device, a plurality of leaking water guide devices are connected to each other to solve a water leak issue. 본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물용 누수유도장치에 관한 것으로, 상부 개방형 통체로 제작된 누수물받이의 상면에 형성된 사각 개구부가 콘크리트 구조물의 누수부위를 둘러싸도록 해당 콘크리트 구조물에 밀착하여 고정되고 상기 누수물받이의 내면 경사부를 따라 흐르는 누수를 바닥면 중앙에 형성된 오목한 저수부에 수집하여 상기 저수부의 내측벽에 천공된 적어도 1개 이상의 누수유도구멍으로부터 외부를 향해 돌출 형성되어 있는 배수관에 누수유도관을 연결하여 상기 저수부에 수집된 누수를 누수유도 경로를 통해 배출하고 상기 누수물받이를 덮개로 완전히 덮는다. 본 발명에 따르면 콘크리트 구조물의 누수부위에 누수물받이를 설치하고 해당 누수물받이를 덮개로 완전히 덮은 상태에서 이웃하는 누수부위에 다른 누수물받이를 추가 설치하고 추가된 누수물받이를 다른 덮개로 완전히 덮은 상태에서 이웃하는 2개의 덮개를 서로 연결하고 그 연결부위는 접합하여 방수 밀봉하기 때문에 콘크리트 구조물의 누수부위 범위가 누수유도장치 하나로 둘러쌀 수 있는 범위를 벗어나는 경우에도 복수의 누수유도장치를 서로 연결하여 설치함으로써 누수문제를 해결할 수 있고, 덮개가 누수물받이를 완전히 덮는 구조이므로 외관이 깔끔하다.
