APPARTUS AND METHOD FOR CONTORLLING VEHICLE
The present invention relates to a vehicle control apparatus and a method thereof. The vehicle control apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a sensor for sensing a first distance from a vehicle to an obstacle around the vehicle; a control unit which determines whether an object carrier can move based on the first distance when the object carrier approaches a tailgate of the vehicle, generates a safety opening line of the tailgate based on a required movement space of the object carrier and an opening trajectory of the tailgate, and determines a position of the vehicle based on the safety opening line of the tailgate; and a display unit which outputs at least one of a result of determining whether the movement is possible and a result of determining the position of the vehicle. An objective of the present invention is to provide a technology capable of guiding whether the tailgate can be opened or closed.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 차량 제어 장치는 차량으로부터 차량 주변의 장애물까지의 제1 거리를 감지하는 센서와, 물건 운반자가 상기 차량의 테일게이트로 접근 시 상기 제1 거리를 기반으로 상기 물건 운반자의 이동 가능 여부를 판단하며, 상기 물건 운반자의 이동 요구 공간 및 상기 테일게이트의 열림 궤적을 기반으로 상기 테일게이트의 안전 열림 라인을 생성하고, 상기 테일게이트의 안전 열림 라인을 기준으로 상기 차량의 위치를 판단하는 제어부 및 상기 이동 가능 여부의 판단 결과 및 상기 차량의 위치의 판단 결과 중 어느 하나 이상을 출력하는 표시부를 포함할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a vehicle control apparatus and a method thereof.
